Answer:	Not damaged at all. The bag material is very strong and safely holds the cocoa powder. It's large and soft so anyway you set it down it won't look perfect. I put my cocoa in a large jar with a scoop. Makes it easier to use and keeps it fresh.

Answer:	I usually put in refrig' just to be safe, easy to reheat next day. Enjoy!

Answer:	No. It is a well blended chocolate. It is excellent.

Question:	Is there a nut warning on this product
Answer:	There is a statement that it “May contain Soy” and it “does not contain Coffee”. One ingredient is coconut oil. Nuts are NOT mentioned. However, my Frozen Hot Cocoa can expired in 2016 and it is still in the pantry! If I purchased in around 2015 or earlier, a lot of things might have changed in their factory. If you have an allergy to nuts, I would definitely contact Ghirardelli prior to purchasing. I hope this helps. It does makes a very tasty and refreshing summer drink! The can is so large that my husband and I could not use it up. Now that I looked at it again, I will throw the remainder out.

Answer:	It is always going to depend on what seller you get it from. I recently sent in stock that has a expiration date of 9/30/2018.

Question:	Can you mix this cold to make chocolate milk
Answer:	The can I have "Ghirardelli Chocolate Frappe" is 50 oz and the instructions are for "specialty coffee retailers." There are instructions for three 16oz drinks listed on the back (plain, espresso & coffee frappe) all using 4oz of the mix. So if you want 8oz instead of 4 you'd use half (2 ounces) and get 25 drinks.
Question:	Does this have dairy
Answer:	Amazon shows I've ordered this 29 times over the years. Only in the past 9 months have they started sending me the wrong product. Unfortunately, it has the same UPC as the product I order. What I want and used to receive has "Sweet ground chocolate" as the first ingredient, but starting this year, I've been received a similar, but not nearly as good, product that lists sugar as the first ingredient. The label is different (white writing, for one thing) but the UPC code is now the same. You can look at the 2 products yourself. Amazon sells one for $19 or so and the other for $23 or so but in the last 8 months what I have received is the white lettering product with sugar as the first ingredient. This despite the fact it isn't what I ordered. I have talked to numerous Amazon reps about this and the last one figured out the same UPC issue but it is infuriating that they continue to show the wrong product on their website and people like me, who look at the image of the ingredients, think they are ordering what they've always ordered, but that's not what they get. Don't buy this unless you want something that is more sugar than chocolate. And, Amazon, if you read this, how about fixing your false advertising. Hmm, that gives me an idea. I think I'll complain to the FTC about your false advertising. Maybe then you'll take this product off your website.

Answer:	My unit is also 32"x32" and this fits my unit just fine. If you look at my review on this cover (under Rockster), you will see a picture of my outside condenser unit and see how this cover fits mine.

Answer:	The measurement given is the exact size of the cover. If it is put on the diagonal (which I did) then the cover measurement needs to be the same as the measurement between opposite corners of the AC unit.

Answer:	The container is plastic but the product is really good. It’s very smooth

Answer:	According to Star K website, the Natural Earth quinoa is Kosher for Passover when bearing the symbol. When ordering from Amazon, I don’t think there is a way to know for sure if it will have the symbol. When I purchased in 2020, I think it did have the symbol. It’s worth a try I think.
