Answer:	It's a type of Teflon or non stick coating. It works great and does not affect the taste of the roasted coffee. I had a professional roaster before I sold my coffee roasting business and I just wanted a little roaster to do small batches for my husband and myself. This takes a little longer, but I really enjoy roasting the coffee with it and it produces a good product. A pound of very dark roast would take a very long time, possibly an hour to roast, but a nice medium to dark roast takes around 30-45 minutes depending on what darkness you are after. I have been very pleased with my roaster and would recommend it as a personal roaster.
Question:	If i were to purchase the bloody mary mix (5.5 oz cans), what kind of expiration date can i expect
Answer:	Little or a lot, was advised to add a few beans while roasting, to end up with some lite roasted some dark. Wish it had a timer.

Answer:	No there wasn’t one I’m aware of.... Very frustrating!! I had to figure things out for myself! The machine works great once you get a feel for it. Use a measured cup of green coffee. Start by flicking switch on the right and the bands will start spinning then turn the heat up all the way and add coffee and cover with lid. You’ll notice coffee turning yellow after awhile then start to brown. Also some outer skin on the beans will start separating from them, that’s called chaff, .anyway just keep watching until the beans reach your desired color of roasting then turn the heat all the way off, take the lid off, and just let the spinning bars keep spinning for about five or so minutes while it cools. Tip: Since it continues to roast a bit even after the heat is turned off it’s best to just end your roast just shy of what you desired as a roast color otherwise you will get a dark french roast like I did my first try. Tip #2 always roast below your turned on vent in your kitchen. Tip #3 what about all that chaff? I literally blow on it with my mouth and it starts flying! lol I just wipe it into the kitchen trash or you can also do that outside. Enjoy your coffee! ☕️.... but keep in mind it is best to let your coffee “breathe” for a few hours before you grind and brewed it up.

Answer:	My experience is Very little "smoke" comes off of it, not like a drum roaster does. I roasted in the house a couple of times, it yielded a tad bit of smoke but lots of aroma. The house smelled like roasted coffee for a couple of days. I primarily roast outside though, I'm roasting today in Phoenix, presently 65 degrees.

Answer:	As I only have the 110V unit, I will try to mansplain the answer. The 110V machine was not really designed for 120V use in the US for example and I do not believe it operates at full wattage. The 110-120V unit likely has the proper transformer to overcome this issue. If I had the choice at the time, I would have purchased the 110-120 machine for use in the US.
Question:	Does this mix have chuncks in it? Or is it more like a V8 consistency
Answer:	There is a sticker on the box that says it is AC110V 50/60 Hz 800W. The sticker appears to cover other specs.. I didn’t even think about that to be honest. Plugged it into a regular outlet in the garage. It worked fine. I run one cup of beans per batch. It expands to about 14 oz. of roast by volume. It creates a good amount of smoke.m, especially at the end when you lift off the lid. We have made a few batches of medium roast 12:30 minutes at 240 degrees, and a few batches of dark roast 13:00 minutes at 240 degrees. We dump it into a 9 x 9” pan and blow off the chaff. Once cool, we dump the grounds onto a 16 oz Mason/Ball/Kerr jar and barely screw it on so it can degssify for three days. It smells great after 24 hours, but wait three or four days to grind and brew. Then it is great and you realize why you do this stinky thing. I unplug immediately and let the unit cool while wife gets rid of the chaff.
Question:	What Is The Shelf Life
Answer:	Its a very good roaster. Plug it in and turn on to 200 for 5 minutes then put in green raw beans (many places on the internet sell raw beans. I have no preference of bean)Let the beans - one pound is a good amount - roast until a nice rich dark brown color. Turn off the machine, unplug it and empty beans into a cookie tray that has a lip. The beans cool fast. Store in an air tight container until you grind them. I use a small inexpensive grinder. I had a big expensive one but it quickly broke. The little ones work best when filled. Clean the lid with detergent and just wipe out the bottom. Good luck!

Answer:	You put your beans inside the sith and lock it to the other side. Temperature control is all manual ie. Close to flame/far from the flame and how often you move and shake it.

Answer:	This basket is intended to be held over a direct flame. In theory, if you turned the heat up high enough on your electric burner, it would work, however you would be better off to use a cast iron skillet. The unique advantage of the basket is that it allows the flame to directly touch the coffee beans, giving it a wonderful fire-roasted flavor. If you used the radiant heat of an electric burner, there would be no special flavor; therefore using a cast iron pan would be more efficient. Stir with a wooden spoon, and keep in mind that roasting coffee puts out a LOT of smoke, especially if you are going past a light roast. With the basket, I recommend roasting outdoors over an open flame.

Answer:	Firstly, I would like to say that in my opinion this is a really good roaster. I have had mine for 6 months now and am delighted with it in every way. Regarding your questions, I typically roast 235 gram batches with zero difficulty, more than that and you might see a few beens roll out from the cylinder. There is only one probe which is placed very easily into the cylinder - there are many utube clips that will help you see how to operate this machine. There are also clips on utube from people who have converted theirs to use an electronic thermometer but personally have have not felt the need.

Answer:	For a tall glass I would start with a Tablespoon and work my way up or down from there. This is the best Bloody Mary mix out there. Oh and for mixing a pitcher. I just take my large bottle of Low sodium V8. Open it up and pour the mix in the top of the bottle until it fills all the head space left in the bottle. Answer:	Worked for me. I did full french roast on two batches so far & no problem. Took about 15 min per batch but I didn't use full power right away & only preheated the unit a couple of minutes, so probably would roast faster if heated on full power for longer.

Answer:	The first answer (James Raz) is the most accurate...because it's very delicious. But...I'm guessing "the caller" is asking about its refrigerated shelf-life. I'm thinking it would last as long as...if not longer than...opened refrigerated tomato juice. A bit lionger if it's in glass (colder versus plastic) and longer because the ingredients and spices extend its life. Delicious stuff. I add add'l horseradish because I like my Bloody Mary's "chewy". I'm the guy who also buys Extra Pulp Orange Juice.

Answer:	One bottle certainly does not weigh 20 lbs. I checked the available stock. Shipped from Amazon it is eligible for Prime or if you do not subscribe to Prime it will be shipped free Standard shipping. One merchant (Pennsylvania) does not ship free that I was able to determine. This is a very good product.
