Answer:	Remove your battery from your watch, wait at least 2 minutes reinstall battery. If this does not solve your problem, remove the BT notification app from your phone. Answer:	I have an iphone 11 and a Versa 2 and yes, you can receive text and phone calls, just not reply or answer without the phone nearby. Nice feature with phone is, you can reject the call from the watch. It needs to be close enough to the phone since it’s bluetooth. It will not do it if it’s not connected to the phone. This feature worked even on the Blaze I used to have connected to an iPhone 8.

When you bring up the graph showing the sleep stages during a nights sleep, then scroll down past the bars showing the time spent in each stage, you find a graph of the estimated oxygen variation. A low variation is good and shows as a fairly stable green line - probably in the range of 90 percent oxygen saturation and above. Answer:	Yes, you clamp the buckle on the opposite side of the locking mechanism so it could theoretically be cut very short, like maybe 12 inches at shortest, there are just no lines to show you where to cut shorter than 28 inches, but a measuring tape could easily fix that.

Answer:	This belt is designed well. A light pull on the spring-loaded latch, and the belt slides right out. I have had zero issues with it. You can even adjust the belt while sitting down. There is no slippage either.

Answer:	You take off the buckle and cut the belt to the length you need. There are lines marked with each measurement on the inside of the belt. Once trimmed, out the buckle back on and then check to see if the rachets are in range. If not, repeat and trim more. We did a little at a time until my son was able to synch it up to the tightness he wanted.

The back plate (that protects the cards and internal parts) does not have a rubber outline (like current waterproof phones) nor anything similar and comes off really easy. Anyone looking to add storage I will post the how to as I couldn't find info anywhere and the instructions are as about as vague as u can get. unscrew the 4 tiny screws carefully they strip easy (ask me how I know 🤦‍♀️) pry the back of the watch off. (not so simple as it sounds) remove the battery very carefully only the right side moves the left has a sticker and wires holding it on. also beware of the foils on top and bottom. there a little slot on the right hand side to slide the sd card into (upto 32gb) put everything back together. turn it off and on. goto the setting and change storage to card.
