Answer:	Hello Customer - There is no compulsion on how you wish to steep the tea blend. The instructions are provided as guidelines for loose leaf blends. If you have tea bags you wish to add the blend into and steep, it would have the same effect as it would for a loose blend steep. Shouldn't make any difference really. But please keep in mind before ordering that the product does not come in tea bags form. It is loose herbal blend.
