Answer:	Like most monitors on the market it is 60Hz (and 50Hz). more importantly monitor can derive it's refresh signal from the video card therefore they are better synced. It's highly important response rate is under 3ms. For a monitor in this price range, it is absolutely fantastic. I can't speak to pre-production true color because I never calibrated it. and I can't speak to gaming quality because I don't play games. Video processing for creating mp4 files is great, and graphics work like Photoshop as well.
