The EIRP values are for Nashville, Tennessee, United States which EIRP in KU/KA Freq. radiant power. You better stay with Galaxy 19 at 97W. Look EIRP on Internet and it will explain what it means. Need to use a big C-Band dish to bring International programming or 90CM/30" or bigger for KU freq. off set dish to work with Galaxy 19. I told you lot of stuff, you got to stay with 97W location with KOQIT Receiver it will work.
