Answer:	I was able to use the Amazon app initially, but then a firmware upgrade wiped it out. According to a Q&A for someone with a similar issue on the product page at LG.com:"We regret the inconvenience you have experienced with this BluRay player. If this feature is currently not displayed, then it would be recommended to RE-INITIALIZE the PREMIUM FEATURES. If you continue to have difficulties, then it would be recommended to contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000 to troubleshoot this matter further."I'm not exactly sure what "reinitializing the premium features" entails, but will try it and see.

Answer:	Suzanne, On the TV in question does it have a yellow, red and white input, if so you can purchase a small conversion box that would allow you to run a HDMI cable to the conversion box then from the conversion box you can run 3 RCA cables, the Yellow(Video) & Red/White(Left & Right Audio) to the TV. My NETFLIX home page accessed through this player, displays what I understand to be multiple profiles or program preference categories (if this is what is meant by the question).

Answer:	Yes, but the problem I found along with others on here is that this device is not capable of consistently streaming. It will freeze up for no apparent reason, then you have to try and log out and log back in and it will act like a lap top that has malware. Goes real slow, I even experienced a moment where I went back into try and start my movie and it was frozen but you could hear the characters on the movie talking! It sucks don’t waste your money.

Answer:	Hi - I don't believe that it does. If it does, I don't think it would come close to the functionality of Roku. We use it to play dvds that we purchased abroad and it works great for that.

Answer:	No the remote doesn't have a subtitle option, but you can usually get subtitles in the setup menu with the DVD.

Answer:	I have Amazon loaded on Roku. When I plugged in the LGBP255, I was given a choice of movies, photo, premium, or settings. I entered premium; all the streaming channels avaible were displayed. I entered Amazon, my line-up appeared, and I was able to play my streaming selection very well.
