Answer:	This is commonly an issue when you are outputting surround formats through a stereo speaker setup. Set output to stereo, and you'll hear everything.

I have the roku ultra and fire tv cube for streaming. There are dolby vision options on Netflix that this unit does support!

Answer:	My LG UBK90 plugs into my Denon AVR via an HDMI cable (along with 7 other devices also with HDMI cables), and then one HDMI out from the Denon to a 70in 4K TV (that also does Dolby Vision). I have had this player for a little over a year and specifically purchased it for the Dolby Vision capabilities. I get Dolby Vision whether the Denon AVR is on or off. I have not had any issues with it at all and have been 100% satisfied with it. A majority of folks who have had issues found they were using an older HDMI cable, which prevented Dolby Vision from playing properly. Don't think you have to pay premium prices for the cables because you don't. They are available here and at Monoprice (just to name a few) and the cables I am using were less than $8.00 each. Just do your homework on the cables as the older style cables will cause you problems. Hope this helps. (I just saw this was over a year old....duh!)

Answer:	Yes it can play 4K movies. But, you will only see them as 4K if your TV is 4K or higher. If you TV is HD only then you will see the movie in HD only. If you movie is not 4K you will not see it in 4K no matter what TV you have.

Question:	Does it have internet browser? does it play 3D blu rays
Answer:	It does come with netflix and looks like you have the option upload other apps. I havent tried it yet. I read the product info before I bought the player. I believe it does play 3D. The title says "4K Ultra HD 3D" Very happy with this player, beautiful picture, enhances my blu ray discs.
Question:	Is this a slot loaded player and can you mount it vertical
Answer:	I would describe it as a tray not a slot. I would have a concern mounting it vertical as the disks would be damaged and/or fall out when the door closes to play the disk.
Question:	There are contradictory responses regarding whether this player has bluetooth. Could someone with real knowledge answer this once and for all
Answer:	OK, I just reviewed my owner's manual. This device does have wireless capability to connect with a wireless router and connect to the internet. However, I found no mention of bluetooth. My printer, smartphone, kindle and the Sony UBP-X700 are all connected to the Wi-Fi and work without a problem. But again, the word "bluetooth" is not used in any of the documentation that came with the device. I hope this helps.

Answer:	Seller includes a cheap Axis 41202 10.2 Gbps HDMI cable. I purchased two of these players, but purchased HDMI 2.0, 18Gbps, replacement cables

Question:	Does it let you access Amazon Prime video
Answer:	Yes, but the problem I found along with others on here is that this device is not capable of consistently streaming. It will freeze up for no apparent reason, then you have to try and log out and log back in and it will act like a lap top that has malware. Goes real slow, I even experienced a moment where I went back into try and start my movie and it was frozen but you could hear the characters on the movie talking! It sucks don’t waste your money.
Question:	Does it have the app for disney plus
Answer:	Hi, My player has only Netflix,Amazon and YouTube. I am not sure if Disney can be added as my Disney is received directly through my LG Pled tv!
Question:	Is the wifi wireless or it has to be connected by cord
Answer:	It’s wireless, but I sent mine back because it freezes up to much. It’s not reliable.
