Answer:	Hi, I do not have an i9, so I cannot give you a definite answer. I bought it for my wife who has an i5 with Windows 10. It installed easily and works fine. She loves that she can play blue rays and record her pictures to DVD. I assume you are running Windows 10 so that is not an issue. Basically, as long as the PC has a SATA port the unit should work fine. Also, if for some reason it does not work, you should be able to return it. Good luck.

My understanding now (after installing the drive unit) is that you must purchase software that is licensed to play 4K video Blu-ray or the machine will refuse to co-operate. Your motherboard BIOS must support bifurcation of PCIe lanes. This is often named differently from brand to brand. The manual of Asus X399 ROG Zenith Extreme shows that 2 of the PCIe x16 slots can support bifurcation to 4x/4x/4x/4x. It seems that the feature is called [PCIe RAID mode] under "PCIEX16_1 Bandwith" option or "PCIEX16_3 Bandwith". So you must connect the Asus Hyper M.2 board in one of these two slots. I own a z370 motherboard, and my intel processor only supports x16 PCIe bifurcation to x8/x4/x4. So, in my case, I can only use 3 M.2 SSDs with this board.

If you want to buy a monitor that can support the newer features like 4k at 120hz you will probably spend around/over $1000. From what I understand most games will more than likely not support those higher capabilities. To finish,if you want to have a monitor that shows the best color during game play I recommend a 4k monitor that has a 60hz refresh rate (they are cheaper), but if you want to buy one to play 1st person shooters(like myself) get a 1080p monitor with a higher refresh rate.

Answer:	Yes, you simply insert the original in top slot, insert blank in bottom slot - close both slots and it begins the recording process. It is pretty fast, at least way way faster than my computer was. When it finishes, the bottom slot opens so you can remove your copied disc, a digital display reads " 0 failures", or "failure" if a disc is damaged or protected. Then you can insert another blank to copy same again - or remove both and insert new original on top and new blank on bottom. All you need is an outlet - no computer needed at all! I love it! Had mine for about 3 or 4 months - it is awesome!

Answer:	No blue ray play will do that.

Question:	When i play my dvdis the picture is distorted. people are stretched wide and squatty. how do i fix this? my former two dvd players had no problem
Answer:	Go to your TV remote and find a button that says picture. usually on the bottom. Click on it and select the picture you want. I change the picture size all the time and it is amazing how many people don't know how to do this. You can do this for TV shows also. I think this is the problem but I am no expert. Try it.
