Question:	So I have been reading the reviews for this system and it looks like there are a lot of problems with the dvr connecting to the router
Answer:	Just installed this system (4 channel, hard drive included) and it's connected by wire to my router. No problems at all. All of our cameras are within 50 feet of the DVR and they all have at least 3 wifi signal bars. That's also though walls and floors. We've had no problems with signal or playback. The video quality is also pretty decent for a $200 inclusive system!

Question:	Where can I purchase just the camera’s
Answer:	I would right click on the mouse and select ipc channel configuration. Than if you look to the right there should be a button that say search. Click it till it picks up that new camera than add it to the list by either double clicking on it or by pressing add. You will see all the camera on the top of the screen and on the bottom of the screen should be the same so that way you will know if all are in there. If you can run 8 WiFi cameras and there’s 8 on the top but 7 on the bottom than you will need to add the one that’s missing from the top to the bottom and you should be good to go. If the dvr/nvr doesn’t find this camera that I would make sure that you purchased the correct one for the box
Question:	Are the ethernet cables included rated for outdoor use or indoor only
Answer:	You need to use the network cable provided with the system. Power up the screen and the camera. Plug network cable in to back of wifi router and in to the camera. Right click mouse and go to IPC configuration, once there, click search on upper section of screen. I've had to wait up to 5 minutes for camera to appear and after hitting search several times.. Once it appears add camera and you should be good to go.. Make sure you are using the proper power cable with 12volt and 1amp otherwise camera will not power up enough to work properly.. If you connect the system and it shows "video loss",please try below steps:

1. Disconnect the NVR from the network first.
2. Right click mouse> Main Menu> Set up> Advance> Reset, to reset the NVR.

Answer:	Yes, you may run into signal strength issues but you can plug the cams in any outlet
Question:	No wireless video from camera
Answer:	I have some of my cameras on 50 foot and 75 foot extensions which work fine. However when I put one camera on a 130 foot extension it powered up but couldn't make contact with the receiver. I ran an extension cord out to the camera and plugged the camera directly into the provided power supply with 10 foot cord and it then worked fine. So apparently there is a limit at some point beyond 75 feet where the provided power supply won'y be able to adequately power the camera.
Question:	How do I add a hard drive
