Answer:	I don't believe it will work with a dvr but it is easily downloadable. Our videos can be downloaded easily to our camera roll on ipad and immediately stored on the one drive cloud.

Answer:	Since the Safe by Swann app update to version 1.6.5 on April 12th, 2019 it really doesn't seem to work with any iphone.

Answer:	Before April 12th, 2019 the iphone worked great with these cameras. Then, on April 12th Swann updated the Safe by Swann app to version 1.6.5. After that update the iphone could no longer disarm the cameras or adjust the sensitivity of the motion detectors. Today is April 22nd and Swann has still not corrected the situation. If you visit the Swann Community message boards or filter the app reviews by date on the App Store you will see the complaints about app version 1.6.5 are consistently negative after April 12th, 2019. BUYER BEWARE.

Answer:	Use a leveling base between the tripod and the gimbal head. Something like the RRS 'video bowl' leveling base for a Gitzo Systematic 3/4 or 5 or the RRS Universal that attaches to the 3/8" screw directly on top of the tripod. Most leveling bases give +/- 15 degrees so you can level the gimbal head without having to fiddle overly much with the legs. You SHOULD NOT attach a full gimbal head to a ball head (or any other head). The weight of a long telephoto/zoom lens + body + gimbal head is more than most ball heads can safely manage. In addition, increasing the height of the base of the gimbal head from the top of the tripod by 4/5+ inches will negatively affect photo image quality.

Answer:	At the bottom of the Neewer Pro. gimbal Tripod Head is a 3/8" female screw for a 3/8" male screw. It can also be used with a screw adapter such as Liveda 1/4 Inch to 3/8 Inch Converter Threaded Screws Adapter Mount Screws, Accessories for Camera/Tripod/Monopod/Ballhead or similar adapters depending on your application. I have used this unit on a quick connect/release 1/4" screw with such an adapter with no problem. Simply insert the (3/8" outer diameter TO 1/4" inner diameter adapter) into the Neewer gimbal female screw hole and then screw the unit onto a 1/4" male screw. Done. Just look at the adapters you need and purchase the proper type and size you need or purchase a set of them to make sure you have more choices to work with.

Answer:	I suggest you contact Swann. I use mine outside and it doesn't continuously stream either but that is due to distance from my router. I found a good pan/tilt IP camera is by Wyze that records continuously and distance is not a factorr. And it is way cheaper. $35 and that includes an SD card! Turn off night vision and you can even record through glass! I keep mine behind my bathroom window directly on the window ledge pointing outside to cover the west side of my house.

Answer:	You are able to record up to 7 hours of video. Keep in mind this will vary depending on the settings.

Answer:	I live stream my office area while im at home with no problems and I got mine over a week ago. It's definitely been more than 2-4 hours and it hasn't prompted me to put in a payment method of any sort. No warnings either. You will need to buy a Micro SD card for recording if you need though.
