| Answer: | The way these safes are listed on Amazon is somewhat convoluted, and the answers do not necessarily line up to the model you are considering. For model SFW123FUL, which I just received, it can be bolted to the floor but it DOES NOT come with the hardware included. You must purchase the hardware separately. However the screws, washers, and anchors needed to bolt this safe to a floor are very inexpensive and can be found at any big-box home improvement store. It was the rep from Sentry Safe who told me what specific parts I need, and he came on the line in less than a minute: 2 lag screws measuring 3/8" x 4", 2 washers, and 2 masonry anchors (I'm bolting down to a concrete slab). So, annoying that Amazon does not clearly distinguish what one model of safe comes with vs another, but due credit to Sentry's customer service. |

| Answer: | Yes, you can disable the audio recording per channel with the DVR system that is compatible with it. Once you login to the main menu of the DVR, please navigate to the Record tab at the top and then click the Settings tab on the left-hand side. Once in settings, please click the Mainstream tab. Within the Mainstream tab, you will be able to select the camera channel where this camera is and then uncheck the Audio box at the bottom. This should allow the camera to only record video and not audio along with it. |

| Answer: | I bought the 4 Camera system from Costco. The camera's are excellent but their software is crap! Also their tech support is crap! Also they don't UPDATE their software! Now one of my camera's is beginning to fail recording at night (all 4 record in the day with no problem). I will NEVER buy this product again! |
