Question:	Anyone know what kind of microphone is compatible to connect to NVR for two way audio
Answer:	The way these safes are listed on Amazon is somewhat convoluted, and the answers do not necessarily line up to the model you are considering. For model SFW123FUL, which I just received, it can be bolted to the floor but it DOES NOT come with the hardware included. You must purchase the hardware separately. However the screws, washers, and anchors needed to bolt this safe to a floor are very inexpensive and can be found at any big-box home improvement store. It was the rep from Sentry Safe who told me what specific parts I need, and he came on the line in less than a minute: 2 lag screws measuring 3/8" x 4", 2 washers, and 2 masonry anchors (I'm bolting down to a concrete slab). So, annoying that Amazon does not clearly distinguish what one model of safe comes with vs another, but due credit to Sentry's customer service.

Replacing the batteries are easy-peasy as the battery drawer just slides out from the side of the keypad. So, yes, the batteries are replaced from the safe's outside surface.

2.Check the video output from the camera is securely connected to a video input channel on the DVR.

4. The camera mode do not match your DVR.there is 2 ways to setup .

Press OSD Joystick “DOWN” 5 seconds,if still no picture come, try to press “LEFT” “RIGHT””UP” for 5 second, till the signal matching your DVR.
