Answer:	I'm not sure. Contact lorex. But I bought this unit because our monitor charging port broke after a year. I wanted extra cameras for the one we had so i opted to just buy this new one for to replace te old monitor and add additional cameras. I have linked this new one to our old cameras (so now we have a total of three cameras- 2 old,one new) with no problems.

Answer:	I use this camera as my second camera for the Lorex system.
Question:	can you connect this camera to a tablet or tv also your computer if so hows the quality
Answer:	Yes, you can connect this camera's monitor to both a tablet and to a TV, if you want. I've not personally done the TV connection but I do view the camera feed on my Android phone and on my tablet. For tablet viewing, Lorex provides an application available from the Play Store called Lorex Care. This allows the user to connect to the feed remotely ONLY when the monitor is cradled in the Wifi dock; which is an additional purchase unless it comes with your package. Note that that is the only way to get a feed wirelessly anywhere else than on the monitor itself. The Lorex Care app is okay and allows me access to three cameras I have in my home. I can hear audio and choose to manually rotate between cameras. On the monitor (not the wifi cradle) there is a 3.5mm A/V out port. There is an additional add-on that you can buy from Lorex which is a 3.5mm to RCA adapter that will allow connection to your TV from your monitor. With respect to connecting it and viewing on your computer, I don't believe that there is a Window O/S or Mac version of Lorex Care, but I really haven't looked either.

Answer:	This monitor has the best range I have experienced with monitors. I don't live in a two story house but I do have a quarter acre lot and have near full bars anywhere on my property. My house is cinder block construction and previous monitors suffered when using the monitor outside. Not this one. I have been impressed with it and the battery life so far is phenomenal with the screen staying on at all times.

Question:	are replacement batteries expensive
Answer:	You can buy 16800 lithium ion batteries and replace the cells inside if needed. If you want more battery packs, a 4-pack of replacements is about $90
Question:	What is the model of battery. Can they be recharged and/or be replaced with other batteries? Also what is the average length of time they will last
Answer:	They are rechargeable batteries, the length depends on the amount of times that the motion is activated. If someone is in front of the camera for a while moving around which causes the motion to activate (say around 2 hrs.) then the battery will wear down quicker, I got a couple of cameras where the battery is still on full and have been in operation for 2 months.

Answer:	2 cell Power Pack, rating 3.7 - 4.2V
Question:	Must the dvr be connected to a wired network? can it connect to my wifi network
Answer:	The nvr only has an Ethernet port. It does not have built in WiFi. There only wireless connection it has is strictly for the cameras
