Answer:	Only 8ch nvr can support 4mp 5mp and 8mp cameras reolink. All cameras are color, and black and white at night. But if you put 4k cameras on nvr it will only be 4k on a 4k tv with 4k hdmi cable. Your phone will NOT do 4k and a computer will not do 4k.

Answer:	If you have the DNR cameras hooked up to your internet router, you simply find out what i.p. address the dnr is using, then in a browser type the i.p. address in the address line "example" 192.168.1.115" if you are using Chrome, you will need to unblock the Adobe Flash Player. You should now be able to see the dnr and cameras on your computer.

Answer:	Hi, you can set this system without Internet, in this way, you can only watch live viewing stream and playback videos on NVR side (in local). but if you want to remotely view cameras on phone App or desktop Client when you're away, the NVR must connect to the Internet.
Question:	How many cameras will the nvr support? Can it handle more them 8 with a Poe switch to add more cameras
Answer:	Hello, there. The number of the cameras added to the NVR should not exceed the total number of the ports on it, otherwise, the images won't display. Only images in 8 channels will be shown. If you want more than 8 cameras connected, you could consider a 16-channel kit.
Question:	How many days data will the 2tb hold, if i run 24x
Answer:	Hi, Bitrate will affect the recording file size.The higher the bitrate is, the better image and audio quality will be, and the bigger the file size will be. 4MP camera, Record 1 day , 1 Channel（normally 4MP Bitrate is 6144kb/s） 6144/8 x 3600 x 24 x 1 x 1 = 63.28G This system is with a 2TB hard drive which can record about 8 days with 4cameras for 24x7. If you want to save the space, you can lower the bitrate to record longer time.

Question:	Can i use a 5-port gigabit poe switch in the home network to connect 4 cameras (instead of using the poe ports of nvr for cameras
Answer:	Short answer, Yes. Long answer. Absolutely positively yes. You can even use a POE Injector. It does however beg the question as to why you would have thought that it won't work. The systems NVR regardless of how many POE ports it has on it can support up to 32 cameras. IE: if you have 20 cameras and a 4 port NVR, you will need 16 more POE injectors or 16 more ports on an POE switch or any combination that equals 16.

Answer:	This bed is designed to withstand outdoor use and will withstand most weather conditions. The cover is water-resistant and not perfectly waterproof, however, so it is best to place the bed somewhere where it will not be exposed to direct rainfall or where puddles may form. If the mattress does get wet, you will want to remove it from the cover and air dry it completely before covering it back up, as otherwise the interior may develop mold or mildew. Please also be aware that the colors may fade somewhat over time if left under direct sunlight. The best thing to do would be to get a tape measure and mark out a space on the floor that measures the dimensions of the medium bed (27" x 33"), because that will give you a good visual of whether the bed will be big enough for them both (you can even call them over and have them lay in the cleared space together to see if it will work).

Question:	Can i connect the four cameras to a poe switch in a remote area then run one ethernet cable from the switch to one of the 8 camera ports on the nvr
Answer:	The Reolink website answer this specific question with this.The Answer is yes. But we don't recommend to connect in this way. If you have to connect in this way because of the inconvenience to hook multiple wires in the scenes like between two buildings, please make sure do not add more than three cameras into the POE switch and then attach the switch into the PoE port on the NVR. Question:	How many hours of video recording at full 4mp resolution does the 2tb capacity translate into
Answer:	Bitrate will affect the recording file size.Reolink 4MP NVR with 2TB Built-in HDD, it can support 4CH 4MP camera recording for 8 days.If you want to save the space, you can lower the bitrate to recording long time.please contact [email protected] for more information.
Question:	I do not wish to attach to internet at all, ever. Does it still operate and can I access data by downloading to a thumb drive
Answer:	Yes. The system has HDMI and VGA output, coming with HDMI cable. You may download the recording files to a thumb drive in MP4 file(need to update the latest version from https://reolink.com/firmware) It can playback on any video player.
