Answer:	I bought this product in June of 2019. Maybe May of 2019 because there were all of the storms in the Midwest region. Just a side note but these storms produced floods that created billions in damage. It also caused shipping slowdowns. Rugs could have been wrapped for over 96 hours. This may be the root of the rug wrinkle issue. I haven't checked the weather lately but if there is more flooding and you order this product be aware that shipping delays caused by flooding in the midwest might lead to wrinkles. But if not get some textbooks or some sort of weight; iron, steel, stainless steel, but not limited to these materials, place them on the rug for 24-48 hours and you'll have a flat rug. You need to buy a rubber gripper to keep rug in place. It also cleans very nicely. This is the best $27 I have ever purchased in my life. 5/5 would recommend to you guys!

Answer:	The sync module 2 will still function like a traditional sync module, compatible with all generations of Blink cameras, however, only Blink Indoor and Outdoor and Blink Mini cameras will be compatible with local storage functionality. All other generations of cameras (indoor, XT and XT2) will be cloud based if/when they are added to the SM2. Answer:	The recording starts immediately upon motion sensing. The *Early Notification* Beta setting alerts you within 5 seconds of motion detection, and you can access the Live View from your phone and choose whether you'd like to keep the live view clip. The live view clip then saves for as long as you'd like to continuously watch (which you'll be prompted to do), otherwise, you'll recorded clip will only be as long as you sell it to be(upto 60 seconds) with a cool down of 10seconds between clips with motion. Also, you can toggle whether you want it to stop recording 2seconds after motion end, or allow it to always record for the triggered clip length. I purchased mine mid- December 2020, and it works amazingly.

Answer:	I just spoke with a Blink representative on the phone, he informed me that if you have a blink account activated before 4/15/20 using the older cameras (i.e. XT2), if you purchase the new cameras, they can be added to your existing system and they will be able to utilize the free cloud storage since the account is grandfathered in. The cloud storage paid plan is only for accounts made after 4/15/20.

Answer:	Depends on your TV or your setup. It will work with Alexa. You have to enable the Ring skill and link your Ring Account. Easiest to do on the web at alexa.amazon.com. Then you can use the Firestick or Fire TV. Then you can say 'Alexa, show my Floodlight Cam' or whatever you call it. Current Samsung TV's detect it too but you may have to go the the Samsung SmartThings hub to enable it.

Answer:	Ours actually had a good amount. When it comes out the box, it is straight. But where we mounted it, we wanted it angled to the left. I would say that we had probably 30 degrees? Plus you are able to adjust the zone that it responds to.

Answer:	Simple answer is No or not easily. Ring will not fix or replace the bulb...Oh if you buy the extended warranty and they send you a whole new unit...What a waste!!! Or without the ExWar, you have to buy a new one to replace it so have to spend another $160 plus tax (they will give you a $100 discount to get a new one) for at max a $25-$30 bulb replacement! How is that for not being a part of the new Green Deal! This is a perfect example of customer NO-service in mind of the consumer SO BUYER BEWARE WHEN PURCHASING RING!!!! Both transmitters are outside (one on our back porch and one on the other side of our house). The two receivers are located inside the house (one downstairs in our bedroom and one upstairs in our living room). This way any movement detected outside our house is transmitted to both receivers (upstairs and downstairs).

Answer:	Nothing is 100% secure, what you need to do is balance the risk vs reward. MOST people will NEVER be hacked or have any issues.. maybe .. 1-2% will. My opinion only, I can not speak or influence anyone. If networks are secured and have passwords etc.. hacking is very rare and I have not had any issues with it so far.

Answer:	Using the Tiny Cam Pro ($3.99) and it works with the 4 Wyze Cam's, two are Pan/Tilt cameras. It is able to control the camera and move up/down and left/right. Also to hear and speak to the microphone. Tiny Cam Pro also enables uploading the continuous video to the One Drive and Google Drive, in addition to doing it to local storage. The video resolution looks like it decreased, but being able to see all four cameras with live stream is great. The camera is connected based on the account ID and password and camera # (1-4), not IP address. Depending on the Wifi connection to the camera, the video will drop and then restart. Overall, I'd recommend it.
Question:	When hung upside down, can you flip the image
Answer:	Yes, as some would prefer to hang/ mount the cam (physically) upside down. If this is preferred simply go into the "Advance settings" in your app, look for and click the "180 degrees" and the image will be inverted to the new upright image. If you decide to change the cam to the upright (physically) mounted position, just turn the same 180 degree setting (within Advance settings) and the image will flip to match the cam mounting perspective. Help this helped.

Answer:	Yes each camera can be set individually. I recall using drop down menu to select a camera number or to apoly setting to all. Also I believe the recording schedule can be set individually. Also the motion detection and the grid overlay can also determine if a camera will record. There is a setting for always recording in addition to record on motion detection.
Question:	Question 1 : why does it have only 3 power packs
Answer:	One powers the dvr. The other two power 4 camera each. There are 2 four connector pig tale that each plug into a separate power unit. I think the max frame rate is 25 fps. Not certain about the specs on the lenses.
