Question:	What type of batteries are required
Answer:	It changes states when tripped! If programmed properly it is possible.
Question:	How about small children? My son is about 40 lbs but he's pretty tall
Answer:	You would have to know a little bit about what you are doing, but you could hook it up to a camera. It functions like and open/closed switch. It takes four wires for power, ground and the two wires back to the alarm panel. The switch is closed when nothing is detected and it creates an open circuit when it detects motion. So you would have to rig up something between this and the camera to trigger the photo, but it could be done.

Answer:	I have a 2012 sportsman 550 touring and this fits on the front storage compartment. There should be two slats on each side of the compartment. I secured it through these and it rides perfectly. Storage even opens with this mounted. Comes with a cigarette lighter adapter for power. The sound is crisp clear and loud. Everyone can find you in the woods.Hope this helps.

Answer:	Both portions say "USA" but not "Made in the USA" - Company is based in Minnesota, could be 80% the case and box Made in the USA while the internals are sourced overseas. No other markings like FCC etc. which makes me doubt its Made in USA.

Pair the receiver and sensor by doing one of the two following (NOTE: learning mode will exit automatically if there is no activity for longer than 5 seconds)i. Press the tunes and volume button simultaneously. ORii. Press the volume on the receiver for 5 seconds- Pair the receiver by waving in front of the motion sensor transmitter. You should then hear the tune you had selected. If this does not help, you'll then want to RESET all settings by pressing the tunes button for 5 seconds then wave in front of the motion sensor transmitter to verify. Answer:	A ball park figure for passive infrared motion detector current draw is around 40 micro amperes at between 3 and 5 volts dc. This would jump to around 400 micro amperes when triggered.

Answer:	It is about 2 minutes.

Answer:	If the alarm shuts off after 2 minutes, does it start back to set automatically? Like if a perpetrator knew that it cuts off in two minutes and closes the door and then reopens the door, will the alarm be heard again or would the alarm have to be reset? Question:	I want to mount this alarm inside a storage unit. Will it detect the movement of the metal door and is the alarm loud enough to hear outside the door
Answer:	It detects any movement! It is surprisingly loud!! The small door alarms you get from the dollar store are nothing compared to this. Yes, you would hear it outside the door. Of course noise would be muffled but heard from a short distance. It’s hard on the ears, when I’ve set it off, my ears can’t stand it too long. Just make sure nothing inside the storage can fall over on its own and activate alarm.
