How to open the Voice Activation(VOX) function?

1. Choose the sensitivity level through the channel 1-9.

2.Turn off the intercoms after choose the sensitivity level.

The voice activation function can choose 1-9 sensitivity.

1) Set the same channel (A, B, or C) for both the indoor and outdoor machine;

2) Long press the ON/OFF button of the indoor machine to turn it on;

3) Attach the outdoor machine to the exterior of your front door. Once the chime rings, click the ON\OFF button or the TALK button of the indoor chime to stop the ringing. To speak to the visitor, press and hold the TALK key to communicate with the outdoor device. Release the TALK button after speaking to listen to any response from outside. The visitor simply press and hold the TALK key to respond.

Note:

1.The factory setting of the indoor machine is in the shutdown state. After receiving the goods, please long press ON/OFF key button for 3 seconds to turn on the indoor unit.

2.Outdoor machine will return to sleeping mode if it does not detect action within 25 seconds. Please click CALL button on the outdoor machine to activate it. Each conversation must be initiated by outdoor machine, and then the indoor machine can talk with the outdoor unit after receiving the ring.

3.This wireless intercom doorbell is a unidirectional transmission system with the same frequency. You cannot speak to your visitor and listen to them at the same time. Please wait until the visitor is done speaking to press the TALK key to respond.

4. Please note that you will need to set the same channel if you want 2 intercom doorbells to receive communication. It also means any other FM wireless intercom device can communicate with your system if they have the same frequency. For example, your neighbors may be able to interfere with your intercom system if they are using intercom device. We suggest setting your system to another channel to avoid interference.

Troubleshooting:

Problem 1: Does not work

Possible solution 1: Check if the indoor machine turned on. If not, please long press the ON/OFF key of the indoor machine to activate it.

Possible solution 2: Check if both devices are charged. Charge devices at least 1 hour and try again.

Problem 2: Cannot hear response

Possible solution 1: Check if the 2 devices are on the same channel. If not, set them to the same channel.

Answer:	If you DON'T set up the radio function (by holding the radio button to let it scan for stations), then it seems like you can set the wakeup sound to radio and it just won't play anything. Once you set it up, though, there's no way to tell it not to make noise (either for the wakeup function or the going-to-sleep function).

Answer:	Yes, tap anywhere on the top to snooze, it repeats after nine minutes. If you set an alarm sound (you can also set a silent light-only sunrise), the volume increases gradually, but fairly quickly, from a very soft start up to your choice of maximum volume. I'm not sure how many times you can hit snooze, but the manual says the alarm sound will shut off after 90 minutes so I'd guess no more than ten times. If you're worried about sleeping through a snoozed alarm, set the sunrise to max brightness and use either the beep alarm or a radio station at a high volume: the bright light makes it much harder to tune out the noise and go back to sleep.

Answer:	You have a few different options depending on how much light you want and for how long. If you want a faint glow from the clock display at all times you can set that option with the switch in the base. If you want a faint glow at all times from the main LED lights, you can select that Nightlight option and the brightness level from the Sunset menu; when you activate the Sunset option the light will slowly fade until it reaches your chosen nightlight level of dimness. If you have the clock set to turn the display and light off completely when the room is dark, you can tap the top of the clock and the display will light dimly for a few seconds and then switch back off automatically. If you need a brighter light and/or don't want the nightlight on all the time, just use the light adjustment button on the right side of the display to turn the light on and off as needed. (You can tap the clock for enough brief glow to see the button, or just find it by touch.)

1. Channel key does not light----Check the AC power cord. Is it connected properly? Or change AC adapter to test.

2. Cannot receive response---- Please make sure the intercom set to designated channel? If not, be sure to release TALK when you are not speaking into the intercom. Also be sure to press TALK or CALL when the intercom is in MONITOR mode.

3. Cannot talk to another intercom---- Are both intercoms set to the same channel and code? Please make sure they are properly set up and that you’ve waited until the other user has finished talking.

4.Strong and continuous "beep" sound, static noise ----Move intercoms further apart to eliminate audio feedback. Or, change your intercom to another channel or code.

5. Unit doesn't work----Try the units in a different location. If the units work in a different location but not in your home, there may be a problem with your home concrete wall.

6. Cannot communicate----Confirm both units are set to the same channel and code when you want to communicate. Or, change locations by using Power Bank and moving to other locations for better reception and transmission. Or change the channel code.

1.The intercom system is a real-time communication system which has no memory or storage function. Because of this, you cannot receive any information while you are talking with others. Additionally, you cannot speak to another user if they are speaking at the same time.

2. Please note that you will need to set the same channel and code if you want 2 intercom stations to receive communication. It also means any other intercoms can also communicate if they have same channel code. For example, your neighbors may be able to interfere with your intercom system. We suggest setting another channel or code to avoid interference.

3. A tip for setting your home intercom system

For example, let’s say you have a 4 station intercom system for your home for different rooms. You can set all 4 stations with the same code A(code A, B or C are choices), then you set different channels for all 4 stations. In this case, you can just click a channel number to call others without set code because your codes are all the same. If your system receives interference, you can change it to another code for all of your stations without changing every station's channel making this a very convenient option.

Answer:	The straps can be adjusted to fit a knee up to 22" in circumference. They can be adjusted fairly long and they also stretch. They can stay in place really well.

Answer:	I wore hem mostly on concrete and wood laminate so they didn’t leave any marks in that. They are a textured hard plastic, not rubber so keep that in mind. Also, I know you didn’t ask but unless you are wearing pants these are really uncomfortable on the back of your knees and pinch your skin and rub it raw behind your knees. Hope this helps.
