Problem 1: Can not connect to Wi-Fi or lost connection

Solution: Only work with 2.4GHz wifi. Before installation or during use, make sure the wifi signal is strong and stable, at least 4 or 3 cells. The WIFI gadget on our APP can help test the device and WIFI signal. When the WiFi signal is poor, the connection will be lost or the video cannot be saved to the MicroSD.

It is recommended that the WiFi name and password only consist of letters and numbers, because special characters included may cause the connection to fail. If any questions, get help by phone(for free).

Problem 2: Motion notification late even no notification

Solution: 1.Notification delay just caused by network reasons. If network condition is too bad, alarm delay will occur. Needs to check whether the floodlight network is abnormal.

2.Solution for no alarm notifications: 1)Turn on motion detection or "Suspicious Intrusion Detection" switch. 2)Set a reasonable detection area in the "detection area setting" function. 3)Open the phone system settings, find the "Camb" App in the notification options, and set to allow Camb to push messages to the phone

Problem 3: Light keeps turning on and off, too sensitive /sensor not working

Solution: This spotlight uses a PIR sensor, the light will turn on after PIR is triggered. Ensure there is no strong light, high-temperature objects such as air conditioners, etc. near the floodlight.User can reduce the PIR sensitivity on the APP, and turn off the PIR left or right permissions(or turn off PIR) to troubleshoot.

The lighting time can be adjusted. The default lighting time is 10 seconds. Please do not adjust the lighting time to be too small, because it will cause the light to go out soon after it is turned on. The solution is to adjust the lighting time to the normal range.

Problem 4: False alert all the time

Solution: User can choose to adjust the detection sensitivity to reduce false alarms. Or choosing to turn off “Motion Detection” and turn on “Suspicious Intrusion Detection”. This function adds pedestrian detection to avoid useless false positives to the greatest extent.
