Answer:	Pretty silly that Ring designed this to replace wired doorbells but it doesn't sound the current chime that people already have. I would venture to guess most people enjoy the sound of their current chime vs an electronic sound. The Nest doorbell has had this feature since launch. Bad design choice and feels like this was done to upsell the Ring Chime at the expense of what's beneficial to the consumer. The Video Doorbell 3 uses the existing chime, but it's bulkier and unattractive - would have been nice to use this smaller version.

Answer:	No, there is no internal battery. It needs to supply continuous power to it.

Answer:	The amount of recordings greatly depends on too many variables to answer this question. I have mine set at 2k, recording during all doorbell rings and motion detection in the medium sensitivity setting only at night. The kids like to play with the doorbell, and we get fairly frequent deliveries so it sees quite a bit of traffic. It currently is storing over 100 video clips for the past 10 days.
Question:	What's the power requirement to the doorbell? What voltage is required
Answer:	16v @ 30VA is the standard voltage for doorbells in the US, which is why the Eufy uses it. This translates to 16V @ 1.875 A. It is very inexpensive to buy a power adapter with these specs, an Amazon search shows several basic power adapters for less than $12. You can even search for “doorbell transformer” on Amazon and see dozens of options for $10-$15, including ones that plug into a wall outlet. Note that you can go higher on the amps (Useful for very long wire runs), but the voltage needs to be in the 16V-20V range otherwise you risk damaging the doorbell and creating a potential safety concern.

Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. Our cloud-based storage is based on a few different things. You can pay per month or year but it is also based on how much you are recording. For instance, we have an event recording that only records when motion is detected and that would be cheaper than a full-time recording setup that records all the time. Prices vary depending on the settings you have. Our basic plan is $4.99 a month for event recording for the past 14 days. The premium plan is $9.99 a month for event recording for the past 30 days. Our next tier of pricing is for continuous recording with the same day intervals previously mentioned and the prices are $14.99 and $24.99 respectively. Our final tier is our annual pricing which is $49.99 for our basic event recording for the past 14 days, $99.99 for event recording for the past 30 days, $149.99 for continuous recording for past 14 days and finally $249.99 for continuous recording for the past 30 days.

Answer:	If you avoid subscriptions and use the SD card feature ; if the camera is stolen you will loose the recordings , so there would be no way the retrieve them. I am using the SD card feature, and don’t give much thought to the doorbell camera being stolen ...

About the extension wire:

The monitor to monitor,the monitor to doorbell need wired with 4 wires.We provide 1m 4 pin cable for the base installation,we provide the 4 core connectors for you connect the extension wires.

You can use RVV4/Cat5/Cat6/RG59 wire to extend the distance according to your need.

About Wireless Connection:

Please note the wireless video intercom system does not mean you don’t need wire any cable.The indoor monitor support WIFI network (only connect with 2.4GHZ router band) or RJ45 network cable, but the outdoor doorbell is Wired, it will make the power,the video work stable.

Power Supply

There is one external power supply (12V2A) in the box for the indoor monitor for base installation.If you don’t want to use the external power you can extend the electric wire to your DIN rail power supply or home power center.

Dual-way and call transfer

When someone press the doorbell,all the monitors will ring, you can answer and unlock the door with each monitor. All the monitors support call transfer or internal talking (audio only) between indoor monitors.
