The AC220V on the label doesn't mean a fixed value, but the maximum value, and for reference only.

Answer:	Dear Customer, yes, it can work in daylight if you cover the light sensor with a black tape. There isn't a separate button to turn off the night time sensor unless you unplug the IR lamp from power socket.

Answer:	Optical power is not stated in the spec sheet. My personal experience is that the device will illuminate my driveway for a distance of approximately 60 feet. It significantly improves the 'sight distance' of my Ubiquiti camera. I am very pleased with the product. Hope this helps.
