Answer:	It is going to vary, but you need a dvr-5580 4K capable dvr. If you have that dvr, then you likely already have capable cables.

Answer:	It's hard to tell without exact model numbers. The $20 difference could be due to one of them having better thermal detection capability which tends to reduce false positives.

They can wall-mount, but then you only can move the camera up or down to adjust the view, unless you want the camera to twist sideways and give a skewed view on your screen. The base of the camera will twist, the head of the camera will not. In summary, the base of the camera will move left and right, the neck of the camera will move up and down.
