Answer:	It does come with a Thunderbolt 3 cable to connect to the laptop. It is only 1 foot long though, so personally I bought a 3 foot Thunderbolt 3 cable to replace it. If you purchase another cable, be sure to get one that specifies it is Thunderbolt 3 and not just USB-C

Answer:	I am running this with Ubuntu 19.10 right now and had it working with 18.04 and am doing a combination of hooking into two 4k displays and two 2k displays depending on where I am at. The main trick is either run your TB3 port unsecured or secure it and run`boltctl list` and then `boltctl enroll ` with the UUID being listed by the boltctl list command. Also I am running this with a Dell XPS 15 7590, which works great while Lenovo's TB3 support is total junk, especially if you hope to hook in two 4k displays. Lenovo's TB3 support is total crap in both Windows and Linux, so it is a combination of hardware and firmware issues I am running up against. Video is definitely less glitchy / buggy with this dock in Ubuntu 19.10 than 18.04, so when 20.04 rolls out, you should have a long term release working like a champ, but in the mean time you could hang out in 'experimental' land for reasonably good support. Anyways in Ubuntu 19.10 I can get this Dell laptop to properly sleep after disabling Bluetooth where in 18.04 it just wouldn't go all the way asleep and then would wake, sometimes while in the bag, which is bad and nothing would work right, especially not this dock. Actually typing this up right now through the dock after pulling the sleeping laptop out of the bag and plugging in just the TB3 port to this docking station all while under Ubuntu 19.10.

Answer:	The 20' long cable is round, about the thickness of a standard ball point pen (about 7/16 inch or 1 cm), and the plug at the end is just as one would get on a power tool or heavy duty extension cord. If you were to open your window, pass the plug and cord through, then try to close the window down on the cord, there would be a definite GAP where air/rain would come through. I would NOT recommend this. If possible, you may consider running the cord up your exterior wall to your roof soffit, and power it through your attic. You can use an extension cord on it as well, just make sure it's not accessible to anyone who would want to disable your cameras. I have learned that the RING app does NOT inform you if power has been lost the camera, so the burglar could just unplug it, rob you, and you'd not know until you checked the camera feed or came home.... If you're plugging it into an exterior outlet within reach of bag guys, consider replacing the outlet cover with a locking one so they can't unplug it.

Question:	Is it as easy to switch between devices as the QC
Answer:	You do not need to switch. I think people are trying to use these like the 35 headphones. Which is why the are getting frustrated. Unlike those, you are not forced to switch between devices. It will automatically remember the last 8 devices you paired with. And if the device you want to pair with is set up to connect with it, it will do so automatically. It even will stay connected with two devices at the same time. These are much “smarter” technology than the 35.
Question:	Can these connecto to a pc at call center? to be used with voip
Answer:	It will work, but probably not well. They have a problem that keeps them from working reliably on Zoom, Teams, or other video conferencing software when connected to Windows PCs or Macs. There is supposed to be a firmware update to fix this, but the first one that came out (1.4) caused worse problems, so they recalled it, and they have only promised a new version (1.5) but I haven't been able to actually find it anywhere as of Sept 13, 2020. Bose support is worse than useless. I'm giving up and returning them.
Question:	Are these going to be better than the QC
Answer:	I found these to sound better. It may be because the Noise Reduction is slightly better. I have the QC35's and the Sony wh-1000xm3's. I find the Bose 700's to be superior to both even if you consider the sound quality of these to be equal due to the other features. The multipoint bluetooth makes them more attractive than the Sony's. The passthrough is simply amazing. With the headphones on it sounds as if you're not wearing headphones. I no longer use any other headphones. If it's not raining I'll even take them outside because I can hear safely. I just received the Echo Buds and love them. They are my backup when it's raining (I live in Seattle).

I bout this one without measuring and my bars were bigger but I was able to hand the clamp down to a buddy who has a '98 Triumph Thunderbird Sport and it fit just perfectly.

View in app for at least 5 days or more. I believe there is a cap to how much time recording you have access to before oldest starts getting deleted. Question:	Does it support local expandable storage
Answer:	I think it still does not, and this is really a must have (using the USB port on the Homebase 2). I've had our doorbell installed for 85 days and it's consumed almost 2/3rds of the onboard storage. This is with standard settings and pausing it whenever we're our shooting baskets in the driveway, and on a fairly low traffic street (though the filtering does a great job so we're not recording cars driving by, etc.) I would prefer to have the settings to record more frequently, but I think I'd get 2 months of recordings before it would start to delete the oldest recordings. I suppose this is somewhat OK for a doorbell, but there is no way I'll add any security cameras unless I can add at least 128gb per camera (so 512gb support or better?) HDD support would be ideal. I'm a fan of Eufy products overall, but this is a huge oversight.
Question:	Will this doorbell eventually be HomeKit compatible
Answer:	HomeKit support would be huge. Currently there are 0 video doorbells that are HomeKit compatible. Ring had promised it for years as a sales gimmick. If eufy pays and goes through the HomeKit authorization process, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy all their products. Without a doubt working as a smart systems installer, being HomeKit certified would put you ahead of the competition.
