Answer: Yes, it comes with standard 1 yr warranty included and you can buy an extended one...think it is 2 or 3 yrs that starts when the included warranty expires.

Question: Is the screen resolution good
Answer: I tried outputting via this converter from my two cameras HDMI output to a video switcher that only accepts composite and/or s video. I then reversed it coming out of my switcher to a monitor. It didn’t work. I tried it with and without power and nothing. Maybe I tried to do something that it’s not meant for. I really don’t know, but hated wasting my money. You probably need the advice of someone smarter than me.
Question: does this come with micro soft word or any programs
Answer: Yes that’s why I bought this for you need to also use an audio cable as S video does not support audio
