Question:	electrical connection needed
Answer:	The electric connection powers the screen for programs and monitoring. As well as the fan, and the plug if you want to connect your phone or iPad. The cord is long and can easily slide out of the way.
Question:	How long does it take to assemble
Answer:	I'm capable but not overly handy and it took me about an hour, maybe a little more. The heaviest part is the base. I just tore open the end of the box and then slid it out. To lift it would have taken two strong people. None of the other parts seemed heavy to me and I did put it together by myself. There were a couple of spots where having a second pair of hands would have helped. This was a matter of the benefit of having one person hold the piece in place while the other person did the screws rather than an issue with weight. The directions are VERY clear and all the screws and washers were shrink wrapped onto a cardboard that clearly identified them, which made the process much easier and faster too. The time involved has more to do with the number of screws and washers rather than needing to do anything complicated or confusing. My impression is that Schwinn put thought into making the assembly doable.

Answer:	Unfortunately the user manual does limit the wright to 300 pounds.

Answer:	The adjustments are automatic from the rider's point of view. Internally, in the front of the cycle, hidden beneath the plastic casing, is a large metal flywheel attached to the pedals. Surrounding the flywheel is a metal arc that holds a series of magnets. The closer this arc comes to the flywheel, the more magnetic "pull" you have to work against - and therefore, the harder you have to pedal. Internally, in a part of the cycle you never see unless it breaks (like ours did after 4 years of hard, every day use), is a steel cable that pulls the magnets away from the flywheel making it easier to pedal, or lets the magnets drop closer, making it harder. But again - from your point of view, the system is automatic. You can set a fixed resistance, or you can select a terrain with varying up and down "hills" of resistance. Even though little magnetic gnomes are busy inside the cycle doing physics, you don't have to think about them. Hope this helps.

Question:	what's the length of the cord
Answer:	The assembly is not difficult. There are some things to avoid, however. Don't drop the screws down into the wheel area. Hold onto those little boogers or you'll have to pick it up, turn it over, and shake it to get the screw assembly out. Big fun. Also, don't let the wire assembly fall out of the tube. It's attached by a twist tie, which unfortunately is threaded through a screw hole, so must be removed or the screw will not go in. Hold onto the wires to keep them from falling back into the tube when you release the twist tie. Lastly, if you are assembling alone, have your favorite curse words cued and ready to go for when you try to connect the wire assembly together holding onto the handle bar assembly with the other hand. Means you have to lock the two pieces together with one hand. Not easy. Otherwise, a piece of cake, which you'll easily work off doing the assembly.

Answer:	The Airdyne does give an excellent workout! You are able to go as hard as you are able and it does get more difficult the faster you go. It gives an excellent upper body workout when you don't use the peddles. I use it daily along with the treadmill. 30 minutes on the treadmill and 25 minutes on the bike. ( 10 minutes upper body only and 15 minutes combined upper and lower bady.

Answer:	I dont have measurements for the reach relative distance of the seat to handles but I am 5'6 with a wingspan of 68.5 inches, the reach on here for me is perfect. My wife uses the machine too and she is 5 foot even, the bike fits her well also with no noted over extension of her arms at full exertion on the bike. I had a friend over the other day that is 6 foot and put him through a tabata on the bike and he felt that the reach was just fine also. Question:	Has anyone had an issue with the display just saying "pedal" and no buttons working
Answer:	The seat on the 270 model is very easy to adjust. Push down on the red lever and slide the seat to where you want it, then pull up on the lever to lock the seat in place. Since multiple people in my family use the bike, we marked the bar that the seat slides on with an indelible marker for each person so we just slide it to that mark.

Answer:	The resistance level and type of ride are set electronically on the instrument panel. The flywheel resistance is magnetic and gets harder for hills and mountains. You set the resistance level at 1-5 for each programmed ride, ie "ride in the park", "rolling hills", Pike's peak" etc. I've had no problems, nice smooth bike.

Question:	while this work with schwinn journey
Answer:	The receiver works with Facebook Live. I've used it for that. If you use the lavalier mic on someone's lapel and transmit the mic to your phone, you can broadcast it. Also, in theory, if you are having multiple microphones run through a sound system, you should be able to plug in a headphone output from a soundboard (over a line with a 1/8" headphone male-to-male jack) to the transmitter's mic in (instead of the mic provided) which will then go to the receiver just fine. Though I haven't, personally, used a setup like that. So, I can't guarantee it 100% and I'm not sure this is the optimal solution for that kind of situation.
Question:	Will this work with the schwinn 430 eliptical
Answer:	No, you can't add the second mic to this WS50 wireless microphone system. Because the WS50 wireless microphone set has only one receiver and transmitter. But If you want to use two mic. You can ues a 3.5mm dual lavalier microphone. Or you can buy our another product- comica CVM-WS60 Combo Wireless Dual Lavalier Lapel Microphone System. Hope to solve your problem.

Question:	Is this compatible with schwinn recumbent bike srb
Answer:	Sorry, I have never tried this option. However I would assume that it would work as an external mic. I am using mine with an Ipad. The connecting cable from the phone/Ipad to the receiver has a smart phone plug (three ring) on one end and a standard plug on the other. Both are marked as such. I am using it as a main mic which replaces the internal mic on the Ipad. This should be the same for a smart phone.

Question:	I see you are showing output of 9v 2a -- but the specs for the equipment is 9v 1.5a. seems like this would cause problems
Answer:	For this machine, we recommend an apadater that is UL listed, CSA certified (or equivalent), Rated 120V 60Hz Input, 9VDC, 500mA Output. Class 2 or LPS.
Question:	Does this adaptor work on a schwinn recumbent exercise bike
