Answer:	Since it uses two 1.5 volt batteries in series, it is clear that it runs on 3 volts. If it works with rechargeables, then it will work on as little as 2.5 volts. Any adapter with the right size connector, AND THE CORRECT TIP POLARITY, that puts out the correct voltage, will work. If you get the reverse tip polarity, it either won't work with that adapter, or it will fry the radio.

Answer:	IMHO... Best sounding would be Tecsun PL880 but, at an expense. Near excellent performer in all categories (reception & price included) and heir apparent to the GE SuperRadios, would be the CCRadio EP. Its successor, CCRadio EP Pro, may go it one better with DSP processing, if... the kinks have been worked out as promised. CCRadio 2E takes the EP to full digital but, at an expense. The Eton/Grundig Executive Satellit is the most capable, bang for buck, good reception and not bad sounding. The CCRadio Skywave SSB has oustanding reception and WB/WX, at an expense. Honorable mention to the Sangean HDR-14, with outstanding AM/FM (both SD & HD radio) reception and, sound ported thru earphones or powered speakers yields the HD radio quality experience.

Answer:	You may be able to receive some of the Sirius stations through their portal as far as I am aware. However for subscription content you would need an Sirius decoder. The REVO SuperSystem does not have an internal Sirius decoder. SuperSystem does have connections on the rear panel so it would be easy to connect one if you wished.

Answer:	My volume control became erratic about 6 months after purchase. From the start it's functional style was very annoying and didn't work properly(different size steps depending on the speed you turn it), but now when I try to turn it down I never know if the volume is going to go up or down. Sometimes it takes minutes to get the volume to lower. Since my radio has developed further problems (the station selection dial now acts like the volume dial, it goes to whatever station it feels like), I'm guessing it's an internal computer problem and has no easy solution.

During a power outage the Hand crank can be used to recharge the built-in battery so that the light, radio and features can be used. Answer:	I use only batteries. However, a 4.5 volt DC power supply (transformer) with negative polarity. 200 milliamperes or more is specified. (Polarity must be correct). I am impressed with the hours of life which the batteries provide, though a few critiques on forums don't agree. My one complaint is that the volume knob on this model becomes very scratchy and noisy due to oxidization/dust (I'm on my 2nd one of these radios). The volume knob contact inside the device can be cleaned....if you are up for that kind of inconvenience. You can find guidance online. Finally, this model may not be produced any longer, but it can be found as used...and it appears that the adapter can be still found separately.

Question:	Does the radio come with the "optional AC power supply" or must that be bought separately
Answer:	Don't recall receiving an AC power supply. I removed the batteries and was able to recover audio by plugging a USB cable into the "USB in 5v" jack. Seems like an acceptable AC power source to me.
Question:	Is radio High Def
Answer:	HD Radio is noted as being High Density, not High Definition. High Density allows digital sub channels within the same bandwidth. This radio does not demodulate or decode HD Radio format stations.

Answer:	AC adapter does NOT come with the radio. It is extra @ Amazon for $14.99. Two AA Batteries last 60 to 70 hours if radio is played at moderate volume. As an emergency radio, I would stock up on a few AA Batteries when power is not available. Also, buy the insurance plan for only $4. Total repair or replacement at no charge. Also, a great radio for camping. Reception would be the only question.

Answer:	Don't quite know, though you can probably get a adjustable voltage DC plug with universal plug adapters sizes and use that without any problems or issues. Looking at mine without measuring it's around 3mm OD.
