Answer:	The speaker only has a USB power connector so it will need a computer. However, I am using a USB wall charger for a different device to charge it. USB power output is fairly standard.

Answer:	The cord on the speaker itself is a little over 5 inches long and it comes with an extendable cord that's roughly 18 inches long.
Question:	Is it loud enough in bathroom while taking a shower(water noise
Answer:	This little speaker packs a punch. I sometimes use it while I'm taking a shower. It's loud enough to drown out the noise, but just be warned, extended and prolonged use while in the shower could possibly damage the speaker. The steam in the bathroom might get in the speaker and mess with the circuitry. Other than that, it can totally drown out the sound of the water while in the shower. (No pun intended)

Answer:	You have an older car so you shouldn't have a problem. If your car has a socket/port for either a USB audio jack or a male 3.5mm audio jack you should be okay. If your car has Wi-Fi there are several Wi-Fi broadcasters that you can plug into the player and it should broadcast through your radio. I bought this setup to try in a new car which these days, as you probably know, doesn't come with the CD player. That drives me crazy. This unit I bought to see if it will work as it's the male jack that came with the player but the car doesn't have a female input, only a USB input. This is what I bought to see if I can bridge that gap. Zimrit 3.5mm Male AUX Audio Jack to USB 2.0 Male Charge Cable Adapter Cord 3 Feet (3.5mm Aux 3 feet). Haven't tried it yet so don't know if that works or not. But yeah, I think, as I said because of your older car, it might work for you. I can't guarantee that but it's worth a try. And the player is nicely styled too.
