Does it come with a car charger

Yes, the speaker is prefect for a hot tub. You can let it float by itself or you can use the inflatable ring that comes with it so that you can get the speaker entirely out of the water. When you do that the volume is much higher. Hearing it over the pump is not a problem. We have tested almost all of the waterproof speakers on the market and this one has one of the highest volumes while at the same time keeping the quality of the sound.
