Answer:	no, as long as your TV has ATSC tuner, you can use this antenna to pick up over the air channels; if your TV was manufactured before 2007, then you may need a digital converter box(set top box). As to hd picture or sd picture you will receive depends on what signals being broadcasting in your area, you may check with local broadcast company. As per experience , most of users received high definition channels.

Answer:	The antenna doesn't "select", the channels... It's up to yout "TV", "channel selector", to do that... This antenna is no different than the radio antenna you have on your car.... It's up to you, to "select", what channel you want.... This is not rocket science....

Answer:	Pls do as my suggestions below: Step1: Test it ok or NOT, test it with the other TV in your bedroom, if it is working fine, then go to Step 2, if it can't pick up any channel, then it is proved broken, pls contact with Amazon for an exchange. Step2: Test if the newer TV in your family room has a built-in ATSC tuner or NOT(usually the TV manufactured after 2007 should have a built-in ATSC tuner),just install the other antenna which worked great in your bedroom TV on this newer TV,if it won't work,it is easily to judge that your newer TV has no ATSC tuner, then you have to get a HDTV receiver(digital converter box). They don't give you any instructions for this, but you can see it in the side view picture on the Amazon site. The back view shows the slot. You can slide the bracket along the slot up toward the top of the unit and turn it around so it points upward for mounting under your cabinet. You can also point it backward for mounting on a wall.

Answer:	The antenna is for the times you want to take the television with you. (Camping, Road Trips, the Park) Remember this is a small antenna in comparison the the old ones we used to have on our homes before cable so don't count on great reception. When you are home you can remove the antenna and connect your cable box to get all your channels.
Question:	Does this unit have seperate A/V input and A/V output jacks
Answer:	No. It has AV = Audio (One Left, and One Right jack), plus the Video. So basically your standard three 'prong' AV input. (Red, White Yellow). The TV does NOT do any video output itself. But I must say, for a Mini-Digital TV.. it does a fine job, with an awesome looking screen.

Answer:	Yes, I use it with CarPlay daily. I think the seller says it doesn’t though, so your mileage may vary. I’ve found that if you plug the phone in before turning on the car, it doesn’t work. Answer:	I can't explain why, just that that that sometimes happens to me too. I've noticed that it has something to do with how much the phone needs charging and how much the case needs charging. I think I've seen it most when they both need charging. When it happens I just take the phone out of the case and charge each separately.

Answer:	Well... you can dim the brightness of the display however, the percentage to brightness may differ compared to the ambient light of the area... Im assuming in near pitch black setting, at its lowest brightness setting, the display may still be brighter than you expect. this is a cheap display, so the blacks will still have a brightness to them. this will not at all have similar Gama as a smartphone.
Question:	Does this monitor have an auto on auto-off feature
Answer:	The 7" version I purchased does have an auto power off feature which is enabled by default. The feature can be turned off through the OSD menu so that the screen always stays on.
Question:	Is this good to use with a dslr camera
Answer:	This monitor works with most DSLR and mirrorless cameras. It has an hdmi in and the standard 1/4 20 threading on the bottom. Not the best video quality but it is a 7 inch monitor for $65. Good enough for my budget and helped me out since my cameras don't have articulating screens.

Please remove the protector via the green tab on the screen, then you'll find a brand new item. Another remove is the card inside the player before inserting a disc

3. Format File Support

• Those formats could be read by the player -- Disc formats: CD, DVD, DVD + R / -R, DVD + RW / -RW, VCD, SVCD, CD-R / RW; Video formats: VOB, AVI, FLV , SWF, MPEG 1, MPEG 2, XVID; Audio Formats: MP3, WMA; Picture Formats: JPEG GIF BMP; Game Format: NES; Text Format: TXT.
• Those formats can't be read by the player: HD / Blu-ray / MP4 / 5.1 Dolby sound. Furthermore, U-disk or SD card will not be able to read when the file is over 16GB. The resolution of the video should not be over 720*480/576, otherwise the player will also can't read it. Suggest you could use the Format Format to convert the resolution at first.
• Please believe that the most similar players in the market also can't support those. We just want to be honest to let our customers know more about our player and have a great purchase experience with it.

4. Picture Quality

The resolution of the player is 480P. The brightness of the screen is adjustable by SETUP button. And just feel free to let us know if you found any issues with your screen.

5. Sound Quality

Player has great sound quality. The volume can be adjusted to 20. One of the most likely reasons why the sound is too small is the problem with the disc. So it is recommended to try other discs.

6. Charge

Wall charger and car charger allow you to charge the player at your house and your car travel time. Please charge the player if you find it can't be turned on. If the player still can't work even though it is full of charge, just feel free to let us know and we'll send you a software app to update the player, then the item may become to normal again. The software also could be used when your screen become black.
