Answer:	I own one and it DOES play flac :)
Question:	Will this support a 32gb or 64gb microsdhc card
Answer:	It's a SDHC device, so theoretically, 32 GB is the max. However, if you can reformat the microSD card to FAT32 from exFAT, larger cards will work. I use a 512 GB card for my Audible library.
Question:	Can you lock this one so you don't accidentally push a button
Answer:	Press and hold the back button (not left/previous). A closed padlock will appear. Press and hold again and an open padlock will appear.(This is actually an undocumented feature. I found it accidentally.)
Question:	when playing audio books does it remember where you left off last
Answer:	This isn't an answer to the question, but it's very pertinent to audio books: I was initially very frustrated because it didn't play the files of a book in the correct order. After upgrading to the latest firmware (very easy once I thought of it), files play in the correct order. Also if your using MP3 files like I do (rather than using audible), you probably want to create a top level folder named Audiobooks so the play recognizes this is a book rather than music.

Question:	does this product have bookmarking for audiobooks
Answer:	Instead of hitting pause for audiobooks, I just shut down and the location will stay. However if I pause and then shut down, the bookmark may not stay and I have to find the lost chapter. If you do a lot of switching media and go back to the chapter, I find that the location where I shut down is still there. This is something I was not able to do when I had the Creative version of this product years ago.

1. Press on/off button boot, after booting the red led indicator light flashing, the MP3 player start automatically playing music

2. Turn off: Long press on/off button about 5 seconds, then release till it automatically turn off or wait for one minute till it automatically turn off, next booting MP3 player will play following previous song.

3. Pause: Press play button one second to pause Mp3 player, the machine indicator light is lighting, but not flashing

4. Next song: Short press next song button; Last song: short press last song button; Volume+: Short press volume+ button; Volume-: Short press volume- button



FM Radio Mode:

Answer:	Same here. Got this for my daughter for Christmas this year. First off, it did NOT come with and SD card, nor did it have any internal storage. After we went out and purchased an SD, loaded it with songs, the player actually worked for a few days, and then she went to charge it, and it will NOT charge. We were thinking it was the charging cable, so went out and purchased a new one of those, plugged it in and waited 30 min charge time, still NOT charging. Do NOT waste your money, and if you already wasted your money, contact Amazon and get it back.

Answer:	We have no reports of safety from storage in vehicles and have been selling this product for over 10 years. We do not recommend excessive exposure to heat, however, as that can shorten the shelf life of the product or evaporate away the essential oils. Optimal storage would be at room temperature.
