Answer:	It's a SDHC device, so theoretically, 32 GB is the max. However, if you can reformat the microSD card to FAT32 from exFAT, larger cards will work. I use a 512 GB card for my Audible library.

Answer:	Press and hold the back button (not left/previous). A closed padlock will appear. Press and hold again and an open padlock will appear.(This is actually an undocumented feature. I found it accidentally.)

Answer:	This isn't an answer to the question, but it's very pertinent to audio books: I was initially very frustrated because it didn't play the files of a book in the correct order. After upgrading to the latest firmware (very easy once I thought of it), files play in the correct order. Also if your using MP3 files like I do (rather than using audible), you probably want to create a top level folder named Audiobooks so the play recognizes this is a book rather than music.

Answer:	There is only one card slot so you will take the 16gb out and put the 64gb in. You can switch them out anytime, just ALWAYS REMEMBER to turn the power off before you take a card out or put one in.

Answer:	1- Slide the power button on the top 2- Touch the Menu button twice until goes to Card Folder 3- Touch the Menu button again until gets the the Folders Saved (You have to copy and paste from your computer to your MP3 player via the cable that comes with the device) 4- Scroll through your folders with the forward and back arrows 5- When you find the folder you want to play click the Menu button to get inside the folder 6- Click the Forward Arrow to go to the first song 7- Click the Menu button again 8- Click the middle button to start playing the song 9- While playing, click the Menu button to go to settings 10- It will be in Repeat, so you click the Menu button again to go to normal and one more time to exit and go back to the playing screen. After that should play in sequence. It's a very complicated device, because the buttons doesn't make any sense. It was a trial and error learning process to me. Hope it helps.

Answer:	Don’t believe so. FYI, this is a piece of crap player!!! Zero battery-life, poor file structure (it throws all albums with similar titles into one folder, I.e. all “greatest hits” are mixed together.), Bluetooth has a range of about 5 to 10 feet then the signal is gone. Answer:	I am unhappy with how the SanDisk Clip Jam handles audiobooks altogether. I am switching back to either my old SanDisk 4GB Clip (discontinued by the manufacturer) or to the phone with https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ak.alizandro.smartaudiobookplayer. That app is specifically for books. It does it all: not just bookmarks but allows you to make lists of characters, notes etc. Always keeps your place. Plays everything in order. Very useful and convenient. And the developer (Alex Kravchenko) responded to my question immediately. The Clip Jam may be good for songs, but not great for books.
