User questions & answers

Question: does this cd player come with a warranty
Answer: I do not recall but assume a minimal return time. Mine is still fine after a number of years. This is not a music CD player as many assume but for classroom tools and not a high fidelity player as a typical sony cd player or similar would be.
Question: does this unit have an audio out jack so you can plug it into an amp
Answer: It has two headphone jacks - I connect it to play through my stereo system no problem.
Question: can you charge it in a car
Answer: To my knowledge while the unit does have a space for four (4) C batteries it is not designed in to recharge rechargeable batteries if they are used. However, we have very successfully used an adapter that is plugged into the 12V power outlet (or cigarette lighter) in the car as we traveled and the unit has performed quite well.
Question: does it come with an ac/dc adaptor
Answer: It is just an AC adapter, but will hold batteries. Unfortunately I can't get the CD to spin long enough to hear it play, working on returning it!!

User questions & answers

Question: Are you able to pick the chapter and verse you want to read or is it simply read from the beginning to the end
Answer: For a non-dramatized version, there is only one narrator for each book while there are several different narrators for different books of the bible. For a dramatized version, there are usually multiple voices playing roles of different characters in a book with additional sound effect and background music. You may google "Daily Meditation Audio Bible Player" to listen to sample recordings. Right now, we are out of stock for the dramatized one and there are only limited units left which would be all gone today or tomorrow. If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to ask us. God bless you and we are looking forward to serving you!
Question: It's french speak available
Answer: Sorry, it doesn't have a belt clip. But you can use the hand strap to carry the player securely while walking and listening.
Question: Who narrates this audio Bible
Answer: The easiest way to see the difference between dramatized and nondramatized version is this.. nondramatized - imagine being in a house with two rooms, there is a person reading the bible in one room, you are sitting in the other room and you don't see the person but you hear them reading the bible with a steady voice of a reader or just as you would hear in the church during the reading by the pastor or priest or daikon... The dramatized version - Imagine you being in the same room as you were before, but now in the other room there is a TV on and there is a movie about Jesus being played on TV, you hear voices of Jesus talking to crowds, to his disciples, you hear them talking to Jesus, you hear the background music and other sound effects. You just don't see the movie but you hear full effects. So the bible is red verse by verse but you hear a narrator, Jesus, disciples and other people just like presented in a given verse of the bible with some music and other sounds as you can imagine.
Question: Is it someone reading like we would sit down and read or is it being told in a story form
Answer: There are several narrators for different books and we don't know exactly their name. It was recorded by an large audio bible recording organization, called Hosanna.
