Strange since the new 7 on Apple site comes with 13 which the buyer can do a download to bring it up to ios 14. I have a version 12 from 2018 and it cannot be upgraded to ios 13. Be careful. A program I use now requires ios 13 so I have to buy a new one.

Question:	How long will this work between syncs? Like is there a time limit where the device won't work any longer if it hasn't logged in with Amazon or Spotify
Answer:	Once playlists have been synced to Mighty, it can playback music on its own without the assistance of a smartphone. However, both Spotify and Amazon limit 30 days of offline music playback on all devices, even Mighty. Beyond 30 days, you'll get an error message telling you to reconnect your Mighty to WiFi (and refresh one of your playlists), so it can reconfirm that you're still subscribed to Spotify premium / Amazon Prime / Music Unlimited. Otherwise, offline playback will temporarily be disabled on your device. Mighty has a feature called "Stay Fresh", which allows the Mighty to reconnect to WiFi and refresh your playlists on its own, at a set daily schedule. You can set it up through the Mighty app.
Question:	I want this for my teen daughter, for night use. Contradictory reports. Is it easy to sync to Spotify
Answer:	It's a hit or miss. It often shows my headset as connected while it's not and I have to remove it, resync it (which require a phone). It is also necessary to sync regularly with your Playlists (which take long) or you get a message saying that no music is available till you do.
Question:	Can you listen to your own Spotify while someone else is listening to this
Answer:	Yes, taking tracks offline on Mighty is just like taking tracks offline on your phone. You can still listen to Spotify on other devices when listening offline with Mighty, but you need to go back online every thirty days or the tracks on Mighty will expire. Mighty goes back online whenever it is connected to WiFi or to the mobile app.
Question:	can you download playlists from spotify so you won't need an internet connection to play
Answer:	Yes! It syncs with your playlists so you are offline when you just have your Mighty Vibe. You’ll just need to download an app to manage the sync process, but once you are synced you do not need WiFi/internet.

Answer:	I don't remember there being an expandable Storage. There isn't a spot on mine for Micro SD cards or any other type of external storage. The other that will record videos may have something, Mine only does photos, audio and radio. I bought a second one for work, but I only want it for audio.
