Question:	what gear lubricant is needed to get the gears moving smoother ( had it a few years) and for general upkeep? where can i find the oil
Answer:	Spray some silicone lubricant onto a rag and wipe down the chrome upright that the weight slide up/down on. Also wipe down the cables with the silicone as well.
