Answer:	Yes, best case on the market. I got this case for my 10 yr old and it is definitely water proof. Follow directions that come with it and no worries about water.

Answer:	This has the screen protector that comes with it as well as a tool to remove the case if needed..
Question:	Does this need a special charger, or do we need to take the case off every time we want to charge our Ipods
Answer:	The iPod charger works just fine without taking off the case. There is a little rubber plug that you undo to plug in cord. But headphones or auxiliary cords that use headphone jack need the adapter that comes with the case in order to be hooked up with the case on.
