If your car has Wi-Fi there are several Wi-Fi broadcasters that you can plug into the player and it should broadcast through your radio. I bought this setup to try in a new car which these days, as you probably know, doesn't come with the CD player. That drives me crazy. This unit I bought to see if it will work as it's the male jack that came with the player but the car doesn't have a female input, only a USB input. This is what I bought to see if I can bridge that gap. Zimrit 3.5mm Male AUX Audio Jack to USB 2.0 Male Charge Cable Adapter Cord 3 Feet (3.5mm Aux 3 feet). Haven't tried it yet so don't know if that works or not. But yeah, I think, as I said because of your older car, it might work for you. I can't guarantee that but it's worth a try. And the player is nicely styled too.

Answer:	It depends on the port you plug it into. If the port is powered by the car battery, then it will drain it. In fact, anything you plug into that port will drain the car battery! Answer:	It's no Bose iPhone dock, but it's not bad either especially for the price. It has 3 healthy speakers and since it is right above my head in the car I can hear the music really well. I'd also use it at my desk since it tons better than the iPhone or iPad speaker. You're not going to rock out to loud hip hop on this thing, but, like I said, it's not bad. One nice thing. Since it's right above your head on the visor, if you're riding with someone else (like my wife) who doesn't want to listen to what you're listening to, you can play it a little quieter, still hear it, and not bug them as much as if using the car speakers.That said, this thing can also play through your car stereo (there's an FM button) so if your car is like mine and doesn't have an Aux input I can still play my stuff through the car speakers and it does pretty well. We live in sort of a rural place so are not competing for FM frequencies too much. It may not be as good in a city where you would get stronger or weaker signals interfering when driving from spot to spot. It's definitely not as good as a wired connection.

There is also times when I am in the House on a call and if I happen to get too close to where my vehicle is it will take my call and automatically connected to the handset it can get quite frustrating so now when I leave the vehicle i turn it off. Question:	Can you launch Google Now via the button and give voice commands through the microphone? It's ok if this requires some apps/settings on the phone
Answer:	As per prior answers, you can set this up. I did this on a GS4 running lollipop. In Google Now settings, under Voice, enable Bluetooth headset to record audio. I use Google Play music, and didn't change anything there. With music playing, press the button once, this pauses the music. Then hold the button down until it beeps, you have to turn the phone back on to enable the bluetooth device to activate Google Now (from notifications). Repeat the process, now you can activate Google Now voice input with the screen off with the long-press (remembering to pause music with the initial press). I did have a project to enable my BMW BT, but I don't see the point now. The combo of the BTC450, Google Play Music and Google Now beats what my car would be able to do.
