A1: Plug the USB cable for power, and plug in the 3.5mm audio cable into the audio output of your device to make sound bar work. Connect the blue jack to the audio and pink to the microphone output.

Q2: If my computer doesn't recognize this speaker, what can I do?

A2: Don't plug in the USB power cable first.

Start to plug the pink jack into the mic input of your computer.

Answer:	I can't even get mine to swap connections by unplugging the aux cord. This will function only as either or, not both nor even easily swappable between both. Answer:	The transmitter is USB chargeable. The unit has limited range. I have mine plugged into a TV, and it transmits to a portable Sound Bar located in the house, or very close to the house.

Answer:	I don't know where you got the 305 mm dimension from, but the transmitter's connector should fit the disc player's headphone jack. Your car's Bluetooth should be able to pair with the transmitter. You'll need to think about charging or powering the transmitter. You can use a 12V/5V car charger continuously to eliminate the hassle and interruption of re-charging. I don't know how the mini disc player is powered, but if it uses a car charger and you only have one accessory outlet available, I think you can find a splitter for this purpose.
