Answer:	To answer your question, no, there are no limitations on the headset, a good quality Bluetooth headset should work just fine.However, it is important to note that noise levels present in the audio stream will negatively affect the accuracy.If in general, you are using an audio input device that delivers at least "FM" radio level performance, which is 32kHz at 8 or 16 bit, then you can get good performance. Answer:	When I bought Dragon NaturallySpeaking premium 11 I called them and was told I could install it on as many computers as I used but that I was only one allowed to use it. Also version 11 is much better than version 12.

Answer:	This is a massive difference between v12 & v13. This new version is more stable, quicker, recognizes your words faster and is more accurate. The premium version allows you to use a digital voice recorder and you can than load the files from the recorder into your computer and have it transcribe the files. Some people who already have v12 already installed may need to go to the Nuance/dragon website and download a special uninstall program to completely remove v12. I purchased v13 the day it was released but this issue may already be fixed on later releases of v13.

Answer:	I have never tried. I don’t know the answer. My GUESS is that it would, assuming it is linked to the same ID and email.

Answer:	Not so well. Characters would randomly but frequently appear at the end of a document.

Answer:	I just transcribed an hour-long interview into Dragon. I used my iPhone to record the interview, then downloaded it to iTunes. I selected the recording in iTunes and clicked "transcribe"on Dragon. It took about a few minutes, but transcribed the whole hour. I copied it and pasted it into a WORD doc. Then, of course, I had to go through it and add punctuation and revise scrambled words. It took awhile, but sure beat me listening to the recording and typing it myself. I was interviewing two people. The one with the strongest voice had the least transcription errors. Next time I do this, I will pass the iPhone to the speaker to ensure a clear recording before transcription. This process required Apple products. Perhaps it can be done on other types of equipment as long as they have a record feature and some way to capture the sound recording on the computer.

how is digitized audio stored

Answer:

The digital files (typically DS2 extensions) are created on the internal mini storage card of the DPM8000. When connected to the PC with the SpeechExecPro software, the unit is connected, detected by the software and the digital files are offloaded. The default location is under the user documents in a SpeechExec folder. This path may directed to any folder on the PC or any connected drives or networks. We offer full support of installation and setup if purchased through our company.
