Answer:	Sma-24j is a female connector which does fit the male sma connector on my BaoFeng radio. Google comet sma-24j and you will see a picture, at the top of the page, from The Antenna Farm, with a good illustration of it.

Answer:	And no there is no 12v plug or anything. Just has a positive and negative for wiring to your power supply of your choosing. And yes to needing to be wired up which is easier than you think.

Answer:	The CB has two wires built in so all you would need is a cigarette lighter socket adapter and wire it up. The wires are about 4' long so you should have no problems where you mount it. The wiring is very easy - that's the set up I have so I can unplug and remove the CB when I'm just driving around locally.

Answer:	The GPS receiver is installed but you need the plugin GPS antenna that must be purchased separate. (about $100.00)Any antenna can be used with the proper adapter. Answer:	No you have to plug it in charge it all the way up or wire a 12 v power adapter from the battery in your truck and you can charge it there

Answer:	No, it will not likely work. The metal body of the vehicle shields you from the signal of others. I take mine while I am driving on the Interstate. The only thing I have ever picked up is when the truckers are right next to me while I am sitting in traffic and not moving. When I am outside the vehicle, I pick stuff up within a mile or two. Most of the truckers are all using single sideband radios, and you won't be able to pick them up with this radio at all.
Question:	what is the exact range this can be used if indoors like say im in a apartment my brother is like 2 miles away in a house will it go that far
Answer:	There is NEVER an exact range for radio communication. The FCC rules require that CB's put out no more than 4 watts. I have accidentally talked to a guy in New Zealand from Ventura, CA and also from there to Florida. Other times you can't talk across town with the same radio. In your situation, if the two of you are in rooms with windows that face each other you can probably talk with two of these radios and no outside antenna. But put a small magnet mount outside your window, on a pizza pan (steel) and run a wire from your pizza pan to your radio and connect it to the outside of the antenna connection and now you have an ok base station antenna and ground plain, and will be able to talk much further.
Question:	Has anyone used the uniden pro401hh? if so what do you think of it. what is the range of the device and do you think it would work in the woods
Answer:	I have used this. In an open field was able to get .4 miles. I have not been in the woods yet.

Question:	When they say *38" whip* are they referring to the entire antenna, from the NMO mount plate to the tip of the antenna, or just the top element
Answer:	No, they are not. They claim to be on their Amazon seller page, which shouldn't be allowed. Seiko does not have their business name, address, or legal business name (Sw Tech Distributors LLC) anywhere in its list of Authorized Dealers. The warranty card is blank, not stamped.
Question:	Can you use a full size mag with this antenna
Answer:	You have to look on the dial. Mine was made in Japan, but these watches could also be made in Malaysia.
Question:	Does this antenna have a spring to slow it to bend
Answer:	I would assume so. I am definitely not an expert on watches though. The QC on under $1k Seiko's never seems particularly strong on the bezel. I own two Seiko 5's and the bezel is the issue on both of those too. My SRPC44 bezel is a little tinny and out of alignment. But I don't use it for diving and the mechanics of the watch are strong so it doesn't bother me too much. Really depends on your level of caring. Hope this helps.
