Answer:	Yes. The Rokono has 2 versions; the black with a red top is wired( I have this one). The black with the blue top is bluetooth and a few bucks more.

Also, the 70-2355T came terminated with molex crimp pins specifically for use with certain Midland radios. The 21-406 comes terminated with a generic 3.5mm mono audio plug used on various radio models including many CBs.
