The last chapter on the management path, Chapter 8, is all about senior leadership.

Question:	The clear coil obviously goes behind your ear and then you clip that part to the back of your collar, but then what about the rest?Where does it clip
Answer:	This was the only drawback on this device I found it is not long enough to be hooked into your ear connect to the radio and have the push-to-talk go to your sleeve so you have to hook it onto your shirt at chest level
Question:	how long is the cord from the clip to the push to talk button
Answer:	yes they are very nice and better if you have to be in a public place and prefer conversations to be more private. So instead of pushing a button to talk on the walkie talkie you have an earpiece and a clip on piece that you press a button and talk into. We use them for church security so there might be 6-8 people who have them and we set them all to the same channel. When one speaks all the radios hear them. We have had to change channels sometimes to avoid interference but all radios in the building can hear via this earpiece adaptor. We love them.
Question:	DO these let only you here the voice from the other walkie talkie
Answer:	I'm not exactly sure on the size in mm. But I can tell you the one pin is the exact size of a standard earbud (headphone) set for like a MP3 Player, computer headphone jack, etc.
Question:	There are dual pin connectors, but it doesn't specify the sizes. Is one of them a standard 3.5 mm pin that will fit in a cell phone
Answer:	I don't believe so. I think it only fits Kenwood and Baofeng radios.

Answer:	I'm always amazed that people respond to questions with 'I don't know' answers. Like Amazon is personally asking them. It's just a form sent to everyone that's ever purchased, you don't have to answer. HOWEVER I'm sitting here with the cables in my hand looking at them. We used them on a project. The gripping connectors don't have a button to press or lever to pull. It's simply little 'teeth' that kinda dig into the meta when the cable is inserted into the connector. It creates more tension and 'bite' into the metal. To unplug simply pull out; it's just the force required to pull out is greater than if the teeth/grip connectors weren't there. And these cables do in fact hold tighter to the connector

Answer:	This is a horrible product, how it got 3.7 stars out of 5 is beyond me. The air valve is incredibly hard to use and took much longer to figure out/use than a normal valve (ex-the valve on a beach ball). After I had it inflated neither myself nor my husband could get the valve to push in like it was supposed to in order for the pillow to lay flat. Since the pillow wouldn’t lay flat the suction cups couldn’t reach the tub, making the entire product useless. In addition to the functional problems whomever chose to describe the color as Tiffany blue has never seen real Tiffany blue. The only thing I did like about this pillow is that all 4 of the suction cups on the back stayed firmly attached (even as I threw it into the garbage can.)
