Answer:	Its on the front, the button is multifunctional depending on the mode you are in. It works well, I've been using it to digitize old vhs tapes and it seem to work very well. Auto stop/power off function is a little finicky but once you know how to use it it works as ot should.
Question:	Does this come with an AV input cord
Answer:	Yes and no. If the video is already recorded you won't be able to dub over the audio because the video and audio record at the same time. There are separate inputs for analog audio and video, so if you connect your audio device to the analog audio input you'll be able to record new audio. You can get an audio Y connector and possibly a volume control to mix the audio that's already on the video with another audio source. There are similar workarounds for HDMI.

Question:	Can I record mp3 files from my computer into a tape with this product
Answer:	good morning!with this specific product you can only transfer from what was on a cassette tape to an MP3 file . You cant record the MP3 files and have them transferred to tape. I do apologize
Question:	I'm not sure if anyone has commented on this, Does it have automatic flip so you don't have to turn cassette over
Answer:	No it doesn't turn the cassette over automatically. Once placed in the ION the cassettes work from left to right. I find the instruction easy to follow, and once you have transferred side 1 of your tape to your computer, you simply turn take the tape out turn it round and place it back into the ION again follow the instructions again to then copy side 2 to your computer. I am 71 years of age and I find the ION Tape Express really easy to use.
Question:	I installed, and re-installed 3x time today because every time i go to open it,it tells me to install itunes, which i do, over and over. help
Answer:	I had the same problem. It appears that it is trying to install a version of iTunes that is outdated or that the current version of iTunes is not compatible/recognized by this converter. That is why I threw the one I bought in the trash. I did keep the headphones as this is the only useful part of, what is in my opinion, hunk of junk. My advise is to pitch it and consider what you paid an expensive lesson. I know I did.
Question:	I tried recording some tracks and thought it was working. But when I went to I tunes and tried to play them there was no sound. Any suggestions
Answer:	I know this is an old post, but thought I would add my two cents. I had the same issue. My computer showed that the item was recorded. I could see the levels on the speakers indicating the track was being played but still had no sound. I tried just unplugging the headphones from the Ion Tape Express per an earlier suggestion, but that didn't work either. I then unplugged the Ion from the computer, and bam! I had I sound. I think as long as the Ion is still connected via USB it is using that for playback. Once you unplug the USB it will play through computer. Hope that helps. I just transferred a track from a home recording that a friend and I did 22 years ago and it came out great!
