Answer:	They will both be extra soft bristles, however the Pro Gum Care will have angled bristles to get you the best clean while still being as gentle as possible.

Answer:	The brush head and base are all one unit. This unit fits over the metal rod protruding from the top of the Oral B Electric Toothbrush. The head/base snap into place over the metal rod. Hopefully I understood your question and that this answer helps.

Answer:	I have a 3756 BF522 50959 but they will probably work with any Braun Oral B - however they advertised as super soft and they are super hard.
