Question:	How many watts can these speakers handle
Answer:	20-100 watts RMS
Question:	what is the difference between the 6.5 inch vs the 8 inch versions
Answer:	The tweeters are exactly the same between the two. The 8" model has a larger woofer and therefore will provide better bass reproduction (i.e., deeper low end bass). The reason for the different sizes is sometimes the spacing distances between the ceiling joist and wall studs will dictate which one you can use . If your wall studs or ceiling joist are on 16" centers then get the 8"... if they are on 12" centers you'll have to settle for the 6.5". Hands down... if you have the room get the 8". Just FYI: The 8" version outsells the 6" version 2 to 1.
Question:	How much sound is transferred to the room above? I'm installing in a basement ceiling below a bedroom
Answer:	Depends on the construction of the house. I would Place a bat of fiberglass insulation behind the speaker if there is no insulation in the ceiling. This will reduce the transmission of sound upstairs , and improve the sound of the speaker in the room it's installed.
Question:	Do these speakers have open backs? Do they come with enclosures
Answer:	This is actually a great question. As the others have said, the backs are open, which is typically not an issue when installing into a wall or ceiling. HOWEVER...if you install into a ceiling that has blown insulation above it (the loose cellulose kind, not the rolled fiberglass kind) then you WILL want to come up with your own way of keeping the loose insulation off the backs of the speaker. If you don't (as I didn't the first time I bought these) then over time the quality and volume of the sound will lessen because of the insulation working into and pressing against the cones. I had to replace one set because of this problem.

Question:	can I paint it with my wall color
Answer:	Yes you can paint it your wall color. The speakers come with a clear plastic insert which act as masks for the frame. The preferred and probably the best method to paint the frames and grill is with sprayed paint...you can spray your custom paint with a kit available at your better paint store. You can also use a small roller but be careful with the grill so that you don't fill in the hole. Several very light coats are best here.
Question:	I need them for a concrete wall. is their any problem ? what's the depth of the hole I need to make
Answer:	I think you have many challenges with installing the Polk RC65i into a concrete wall. Overall dimensions (w x h x d) are 8 5/8" x 12 1/6" x 2 7/8". The RC65i requires a 1/2" or 5/8" drywall to mount effectively. If you have drywall over the top of your concrete wall, then this should work (although running the speaker wiring presents its own challenge). The opening in the concrete wall will be larger than the drywall (yet another challenge). I think I would look at a excellent Polk mini-speaker and surface mount that speaker versus tackling the "in ceiling speaker in a concrete wall challenge". But - if you make it work, post your solution to the community as I'm sure they would appreciate the how-to knowledge.
Question:	Do you need a subwoofer for these speakers? Or do they sound ok without it
Answer:	I have a pair of these in a wall which are zone 2 speakers for a receiver which does music only and no subwoofer is possible (most receivers only have a sub input for zone 1). I have to say it sounds damn good, though I did place them up near the ceiling and close to walls to optimise the bass. So in this this situation you do not need a sub. If they are part of a home theatre setup then I'd recommend a sub (as I would with any speaker that is not floor standing capable to reaching some really low frequencies).

Answer:	PDF spec sheet indicates 2 3/8 " needed assuming mounted to 1/2" drywall

Answer:	I used a 4 &1/8” hole saw, then used a sheet rock saw to make final adjustments. 4&3/8” hole saw would do the trick, but tough to find in the hardware stores sometimes.

Answer:	No the covers are white but they are paintable.
Question:	I have a 100 watt per channel stereo amplifier. Since I am running both channels into this one speaker, will 150 watts handle it
Answer:	Yes both the cover and frame are paintable. However I wouldn't recommend using a brush. We had them sprayed.

Answer:	Hello, The device you choose to provide power to the speakers would have the Sonos compatibility.

Answer:	Yes that is correct. I used some scrap 3 conductor cable, 14-3 I think, for this run. Much easier running 1 cable as apposed to 2 speaker wires.

Answer:	Because it is the like having 2 speakers in one. Hook one pair to the right channel and one pair to the left channel.

Answer:	These are wired to an amplifier via speaker wire.

Answer:	I don't know. I won't, you would plug up the holes and I think effect the sound.

Answer:	Depending on how far you need to run the wire, 16 or 14 gauge stranded for short runs or 12 -10 gauge stranded for longer runs.. 30 - 50' or so short/over that is long and requires heavy like-12-10 gauge

Answer:	I am an electrical contractor and I don't see ant reason why you cannot unless it is blown insulation. I will warn you not to use these outdoors though. They will rust and the cones will deteriorate.

Answer:	Before you connect your Echo device to Bluetooth speakers, make sure that you do the following: -Position your Echo and Bluetooth speakers at least 3 feet apart. -Don’t forget to turn on the Bluetooth speakers for pairing mode. -Disconnect the Bluetooth device you want to pair Alexa with. Your device might not be able to recognize a device that is already connected to another device.
Question:	Where does the power source connect vs the Bluetooth? My orginal Powersource is in a different room
Answer:	you can use an electrical extension or use a longer speaker cable because the bluetooth has a 5 foot power cord

Answer:	The inner speaker is 5.25 inch.
Question:	Can you hardwire a direct line from a audio source to the speakers and still use the Bluetooth amplifier as an additional hookup to speakers
Answer:	It does have a aux 3.5mm jack FLUSH next to tge power. Overall the speaker is good, the bluetooth adaptor on the other hand is VERY POOR design.
