Question:	Is this a fully balanced unit or does it just offer xlr outputs
Answer:	The 6014 only has 9 amps but It does process 11 channels but you need a 2 channel amp to get the last 2 channels. Some people get an amp for the 2 fronts then power everything else through the receiver. I use an inexpensive 2 channel amp to power my rear height speakers. (Monoprice Unity 100-Watt Bridgeable Power Amp) Works great for setting up a 7.2.4 on the 6014.

Answer:	There are 2 RAM slots and both were filled in my system. This can depend upon what day it is manufactured. However, the RAM upgrade is easy. Just select the amount of RAM you want over two sticks and replace. If you have never done a RAM upgrade and/or feel uncomfortable, take it to a computer shop that performs this type of work.

Answer:	You’ll have to make sure the input sound signal is surround (Like a 5.1) and not just a stereo signal (two channel). Try testing it out with a DVD or Blu-Ray, or even a streaming service that has the 5.1 like Netflix. You’ve already verified that they are all working with the test setup so the input signal is my best guess.

Answer:	James its a great question.The build Quality and the spec tolerances of the 8802 are FAR Superior to that of the 7702. The 8802 is truly built as a reference piece. Having heard both we can tell you there is a noticeable sound difference. The 8802 Weighs about 30% more. That alone will tell you how much better it is. There are also better features in the DACs and things like that too... Long story short if you just want a 4K processor the 7702 is the way to go. To my very amateur ears Roon sounds better. There are probably settings or preferences on foobar for this sort of thing. I just do not use them.

Answer:	You are asking about our 2x2 Seamless Video Wall Processor....it will send both Video and Audio to all four of your TVs via the HDMI cables. There are 2 ways to handle the audio. 1) Only have 1 TV playing audio at any given time, while muting the other 3 TVs. 2) Most TVs have audio output extraction ports. You can run an audio out cable from each TV to a external surround receiver powering external speakers. Each TV would be assigned to a different audio input on your surround receiver, and you can pick and choose which channel that you want to listen to

Answer:	The TV04 is incapable of image rotation on its own. It needs to be connected to a LM-TN701 in order to achieve the 3x1 mosaic shown in the illustration. While this is clearly stated on bottom of the sales page of the LM-TN701 is not equally so on the sales page of the TV04. Here's a copy paste of the written advisory:Various control port---RS232, remote controller;HDCP compliant---HDMI 1.3, HDCP protection.Attention: 1x2 1x3 1x4 Screen,It must be Vertical Screen. On the 3x1 illustration it shows two very similar machines which can easily be mistaken for the same unit. There is a diagram of the patch and the units are labeled (Video wall controller / Rotation Controller). I missed that also until very detailed inspection. They could do a better job in the product description area. The English translation is understandably off by a bit coupled with the fact that the diagram must be moused over to enlarge that ever so important tid-bit of information. I'll be having words with both the seller and Amazon about this.

Answer:	Receiver cannot be use separate amp. You need to buy a multi channel amplifier. I also have a cxA5200 and use a emotiva xpa7 Gen3. Along with a parasound a21 for front channels. I highly recommend it. Good luck
