Answer:	I'm assuming you meant 6L6 tone. The answer is no. EL84 tubes do not sound like 6L6 tubes. While they both their respective cleans with crisp and chime or distortion under amp gain, they do not sound alike.

Answer:	I don't know about zinc axe hardware, I wouldn't buy it just because it is more corrosive. Brass is an alloy of zinc and copper. They both have almost the same density. Brass in comparison to zinc is super stable (corrodes much more slowly) and is more malleable (less brittle). I chose the Fender HiMass to upgrade a Player Mustang Bass, mainly for the appearance and how it is close in design to the original Leo Quan Badass, which I've used before. I'm thumpin' happy with this bridge and some fatter Diadarrio 50-105 flats. It looks like they jacked the price a little, so that sucks.

Answer:	I believe they are balanced. I cannot say for sure, but I know they are a matched set. My Jr. hasn't sounded as good as it does now since I can remember.

Answer:	If your camcorder has an xlr audio input, I don't see why it wouldn't work. Keep in mind the preamp needs to be plugged into a 120v receptacle.
Question:	Does this come fully assembled
Answer:	Balanced typically refers to an XLR (mic) cable, whereas the unbalanced usually means a 1/4in (guitar) cable. A balanced 1/4in cable will look like a stereo headphone cable with a TRS (Tip-Ring-Sleeve), but an unbalanced 1/4in cable is only TS (Tip - Sleeve). All XLR cables are considered balanced. Balanced cables can be much longer without the signal losing quality, but unbalanced quickly degrade. In a balanced cable, the signal is doubled, and the second one has the phase reversed. When it gets to the hardware, the phase is reversed again and the signals are combined. This effectively phase cancels out any noise introduced along the cable. It's a little tricky to understand, but balanced is the superior method to running audio. There's more to how they're actually made inside of the rubber casing too, but that's the simplest explanation.

Answer:	It did not come with a rack mount and the unit is about half the size of a regular rack component. I have since replaced the unit with the Presonus Single Channel unit that has a tube, EQ and compressor all in one.

NEED A MINI AMP?

This T2 amp utilizes two 6J9 J-grade tubes and two 5532 as core parts of the circuit. The 6J9 tubes amplify the voltage which increases the input signal. The current formed by 5532 amplifies the electric circuit to drive the mini headphone amplifier. These two features provide an awesome combination of high quality sound and a very powerful drive current for an optimum listening experience!

Our T2 amp adopts a Single Chip Microcomputer and Relay to control the muted sound when the device is OFF or first turned ON. It allows the device to warm up before transmitting sound, protecting the unit and your speakers and preventing that annoying “popping” sound that is heard with many other, fewer quality systems.

NOTE

The blue LED lights will flash for about 35 seconds when the unit is first powered on. This indicates that the unit is warming up. The blue lights will be lit solid when the amplifier is ready to be used!
