Question:	Would you consider this too powerful to use as a household fan for airflow
Answer:	It just depends on how much air you want to move. It moves way more air than anything you will go buy at wal mart. I use mine to put a nice breeze through a 40x60 pole barn. So I would say yes it's a little much for the amount of air I would want to move in my house. Great fan though really moves alot.

Answer:	It should be good for that. It moves air really well. Top speed is a little loud. Thankfully there are 3 speeds. I've bought 2 for my work area. 1 hp is very powerful. I will buy one for my home soon.

Answer:	Can't really answer that right now. I will tell you that I purchased this unit on October 10th and I had in Operation on Oct.15 and I run it 8 hours a day, 7 days a week keeping my crawl space dry. No issues to this point...good unit!

Answer:	Not sure you need a inline filter, you can get a kit to flush your tankless once a year , with vingar or they sell cleaner made for them. It's two shut off valves on the in and out of unit , also nice to have if you need to have work done on unit .

Answer:	The model I bought has the infra-red measuring device and it's something I really don't need. However, if I was to buy again I would buy the ProAccurate device but without the infra-red capability. Otherwise, I find it works fine. Some reviews on the Amazon website mention the infra-red capability and that they would buy again but without that feature. Depending upon how one uses the probe, the numbers will be inverted but there are ways around this.
