Answer: Inside measurements for the cut out are 72mm wide, 39mm tall and 25mm deep. The outer face plate is 7mm wider and 3mm taller, not much difference. I made a matting skirt out of thin black plastic since it's very difficult to cut a perfectly sized rectangle in the wall.

Answer: The sensor cable is about 8 inches long but i cut my cable and extended it to about 10 ft. I testes it up to 15ft and it worked fine. You could possibly go longer. Just use a good quality multi wire cable, or make your own. About 18AWG probably OK. I recall the hole as 20mm, roughly 3/4 inch diameter. No problem for RV battery cable. Remember you can run more than one wire through the hole, That way you can still use battery terminal as the tie point for the various wires that may already be connected there. The sensor will read the Sum of currents, that is for example, if you have charging from a solar system at say 5A, and a discharge load to lighting at say 3A, your meter will show 2A charging. Answer: The inputs on this amp are line (Aux) level inputs, so if you have an aftermarket car stereo, you can come out of the line level outputs (RCA jacks) into this amp. If you have a factory stereo you should NOT hookup to the speaker wires. The speaker outputs will overload the amp inputs and cause distortion. The inputs on the amp have a common ground, and this would damage most factory stereo outputs.

Answer: The data sheet for the TDA7377 doesn't say so, but in stereo bridge mode, it should not work with the design parameters. HOWEVER. Do be aware that the limit of power output is voltage on this design; even at 18V, 16 ohm speakers will probably reduce it to closer to 5W or 6W per channel. I would suggest a design that's based on 8 to 16 ohm speakers,. not a 2 to 4 ohm speaker design. Now if you had four of those speakers you could wire in parallel, it would probably work fine (since that would then end up 4 ohms effective.)

Answer: TDA 7377. Class AB with set gain. Recommend 12v switching power supply because 8-9 volt 5 amp power transformers are hard to come by. Higher voltage the chip gets hot. Recommend changing out the input capacitors ( the little white squares next to the chip.) but thats a challenge. My speakers don't like tubes and this little amp is just fine for my apartment. 30 watts is for 4 ohms speakers...mine are 6 so I get okay power. Recommend SKW 3.5mm cables for input.
