Answer:	It's kind of hard to describe and explain, but there's a clip on each speaker that you *slide* into the main component. When you hear it click, it's attached. It takes some finagling though.

Answer:	The 4ohms on the back of your speaker means that if you have a problem with that speaker,and it doesn't sound right .when looking for or ordering a new replacement speaker it would have to be rated as 4ohms. Also when ordering you will need the dementions (meaning the size) of the speaker. I have found that Speakers only is a great place to try and parts express also. The 8 watts is the output of your speakers . Good for a small apartment and for the price.

Answer:	Yes, Joe, you can!!! I use it in my car all the time. It comes with a cable that plugs into your cigarette plug and then it attaches to the audio system. Then you plug a USB into your audio slot in your car and it then attaches to the CD player. It will be the same universal plug on the other side of the USB cord that you would plug into a cell phone. I think some people who say it cannot play in your car just don't know how to do it because I use it every day in my car. Great little player!!!

Answer:	I don't have a CD of nature sounds so I can't give it a test run on that for you. There is no EQ, only EQ presets. One of them is a "Bass" preset. I don't use because it is too bassy (is that a word?). Seeing as you want it when sleeping I would think it would suit your purpose.Another option might be this guy if you can run it off a PC. Answer:	Not "as is", you would have to splice your ceiling speaker wires to the connectors on the Toshiba speaker wires since they are needed to connect to the system--it uses a connector I've not seen before, but if you or someone you know are capable of spicing wires correctly (soldering would be best for sound quality and permanency) it would be possible to make it work.

Answer:	One at a time! 3 months ago I bought three of these. All three are now acting up! One randomly skips/crackles randomly. One requires a VERY heavy finger to depress any and all buttons - but does still work (after only 4-6 total hrs. of use) and the 3rd one won't play certain CD's at all. Burned or factory cut CD's make no difference it plays both - most but not all the time. Had I not chucked all three shipping boxes & foam, I'd return them all!

Answer:	In my case it played two CDs. One at noon and another at 2pm, then the motor died.
Question:	Does the unit have any additional speaker jacks and anywhere to connect an external AM antenna
Answer:	No to both questions. A warning if you have'nt purchased this player. The cd player is crap--it stops playing intermittently with evey cd I try to play. A lesson to be learned here is that with cheap prices come cheap electronics.I would not recommend this product. Even the connections for the speaker wires when inserted into the radio/cd unit don't fit tight and have to be played with to get a solid connection. The am band in my area --Long Island N.Y. is bad and you can't turn the unit around in the hopes of getting a stronger signal because of the wires for the speakers and the placement of the unit if you do get a good signal---the tuning buttons and tuner knob may not be facing you it may be facing away from you. This is my experience with this purchase. Spend more money to hopefully to get a better product.
