Question:	I used this for the first time today and noticed that the alarm turns off by itself 5 min into it. (have it set to radio) is this normal
Answer:	This is how they are apparently (poorly) designed to work. I am probably going to try and return one I was going to use as a gift because of this. 30 minutes before the alarm time set, the light will gradually increase and the audio alarm will commence at the time programmed. The audio alarm (regardless of the alarm sound or radio chosen) will then play for 5 minutes. After which, the light and audio alarm will shut off. I like to lay in bed for at least 15 minutes listening to the news on the radio and I find this very irritating. However, I have to say I will keep one of these as the gradually brightening light feature is much more effective at waking me up than I would have guessed. It is more effective at waking me up than the daylight lamp on a light timer that I used to use. Which would just come on full bright at my chosen time. I might set an additional clock radio to go off at the same time to compensate.

Answer:	I don't know what a sprue is, however, the pliers are intended to cut nothing harder than soft (pure) copper. Anything harder will nick the blades. The pliers are fairly delicate. I would hesitate to cut wire larger than 10 AWG, or about 1/8 inch. Larger diameters run the risk of loosening the rivet, thus spoiling the pliers. They trim plastics well and I use them to trim the dog's nails, they are very nice pliers. There jaws are flush cutting and thus the blades are more fragile than your typical diagonal pliers. They are very good quality and are performing better than any other brand I've used.

Question:	there wasn't any directions as to how to set the alarms or any instructions at all. Is this instruction sheet available
Answer:	I believe mine came with instructions but I don't believe I have them anymore. I hold down the alarm 1 or 2 and then push the hr and min buttons until I have my time is set. A press in the alarm button changes it from off, on beep, and on radio. The button on far left switches between am/fm with a short press but will turn the alarm off with a long press.
Question:	Hello, sellers - how do you change the volume on the alarm? The radio turns on at the loudest volume and I cannot set it lower. Please help

Answer:	I can charge on the clock with my case on but I don’t have a Otter Box case. I use a thinner case the Incipio case wraps around the phone, if your case is over over 4mm thick then I don’t think it will. I think that’s the limit of what the clock will charge through
